South Florida is hot and humid but my lips are still always dry. I am skeptical to try new things on them because most products don’t last or make the dryness worse.. The moisture from the lip balm has been great and is long lasting! I would definitely recommend it. Your lips will be moisturized but not shiny! The peppermint and clove scent is so mild- almost non existent.

I find that I have to apply this lip balm all the time. It feels grainy on my lips when I apply it, and five minutes later I’m feeling as if I hadn’t applied anything at all. The flavor is subtle and unique. I do appreciate that aspect, but in terms of moisturizing I may as well be rubbing this on my lips with the cap on.

I found I was getting chapped lips as I slept, and started using a very well known brand, but they kept coming back. I figured I would try something new, since the more I used the name brand, the more I seemed to be getting chapped lips. I started using these a couple months ago, and have not had an issue ever since. The aroma is unique and pleasant. They clearly do the job, and they are cruelty free. They check all the boxes and aren’t too expensive. Will definitely buy more when I run out, but they’ve been lasting a long time. Look no further for your remedy.

This stuff is so safe, I use it on my face under my makeup in the winter as an added moisture barrier. I use Seint makeup which is cream based and it’s THE BEST!!!! Don’t take my word for it, TRY IT FOR YOURSELF AND THEN THANK ME!!!!!! They also have a hand balm/salve that is hands down THE BEST ON THE MARKET!!!!!!

Everything, up until I bought this, makes my lips peel. This does not. I actually got all the way though to the bottom of the tube without any peeling. I like it so much I just bought more. It smells great too.

Before I order it again, I thought I’d leave a review. This lip balm, admittedly, isn’t for everyone. It does not work like traditional lip balms that leave the waxy, oily coating on the lips. The formula actually sinks into to the lips and moisturizes from the inside out. If you’re looking for a constant slick feeling on the lips, you will need to reapply more often than others. JUST TO BE CLEAR: I prefer how this balm works over others. It works really well under lip sticks because of this, if you give it enough time to soak in to the lips, and because it actually moisturizes instead of coats, I find I have less splits and dryness on my lips.
But the primary reason I first purchased this is because I have a sensitivity to beeswax on my lips. I find it is near impossible to find a lip balm that does not contain beeswax and is not a lip oil. Considering how there are plenty of synthetic and natural waxes that can be used in place of beeswax, I am really shocked about that. This lip balm is not only free of beeswax (making it vegan, for those concerned, and safe for those with beeswax sensitivities like me) but it is affordable. Maybe not as cheap as Chapstick but definitely cheaper than other specialty brands.
As for a note about the scent, it is very light and not unpleasant; slightly spicy with a hint of peppermint. It is kind of hard to describe but if you have a sensitive to scents, I think this should be okay for you as it is light enough that it dissipates quickly. There is still a scent, mind you, but it is faint.

I use chapstick a lot and have for years. I didn’t know what to think of this at first but I like it. It’s more natural feeling than any I’ve used before. It’s definitely higher quality than your typical chapstick and is vegan which is cool. I just wish the tube was the typical round shape. I find that the shape scrapes off some of it after I put it on if that makes sense. Good product but poor shape of tube. It’s a different shape but not as functional as the typical shape.

I have an allergy to beeswax so it is hard to find lip balm at regular stores since most brands use it. This balm smells good, has barely any taste and feels good on my lips. It smells most like cloves, which is amazing because it reminds me of fall and a good cup of apple cider! I can’t really smell the peppermint which is fine, but I can feel the slight cooling sensation on my lips which I love. So if you don’t like the smell or taste of peppermint, don’t be afraid to buy this because you can’t really taste or smell it. Its not greasy, its not super shiny on your lips either. In my opinion, it sinks right into the skin and makes your lips feel so soft. I’d have to say, this is my preferred lip balm now even over Hurraw! Which i used for a good 8 years.
