These are nice, thick, good quality bands. They don’t roll when you use them and there are 3 levels, light to heavy, so you can adjust how much resistance you have on each exercise. What I didn’t expect was an immediate off-gasing when opening them. I had to put the bag in the other room and waited to use them. Once that clears, they seem worth the wait. I would recommend these bands.

I’m so glad I finally purchased some bands. I’ve been using them solely for my leg workouts and I feel the exercise so much more now. The bands don’t roll or move. They feel sturdy enough to stretch and not snap or break. I wear them right above my knees and that’s perfect for me. Plus the bag to keep them all together is a nice touch.
