Although I got this for working out (scoop before, and after workouts), I tried taking a teaspoon full (in water) before bedtime. I slept like a baby!!! I tried this for weeks, and it worked great – every night! After awhile, I seemed to adjust to it (got back into my regular sleeping patterns) so I’m now strictly using it for workouts again. But if you work out (or even if you’re just overstressed), try taking a spoonful at night before you head to bed. It’s not great tasting with just water, and it doesn’t dissolve all that great, but it works!

This product is easy to dissolve into liquids so it’s easy to use in coffee, sodas, water, etc. Some products I’ve purchased previously floated on top of the liquids kinda like an oil slick. You can’t even detect this stuff in your liquids. I’m using this with vitamin B6 to try to alleviate some neuropathy issues in my hands and feet. Seems to help because when I rush off to work without taking it, I’ve got more pain in the hands and feet.

Quality product and virutally tasteless. I’ve been using it to fortify dog food for a dog with cancer receiving chemo therapy to help insulate his body against the damages of chemo (recommended in a book on canine cancer treatment), and he readily eats his food (he wouldn’t if it tasted strange), so for my purposes, this stuff is perfect.

This stuff rocks. Lets talk recovery, i do my workouts mainly in the morning. then a few hours later it’s off to work. Glutamine helps me with this rigorous workouts and still be able to work efferently. i work as a gas station clerk, not a sitting job for sure. as for the quality of the Glutamine top notch, like flour fine. mixes so easy you can add it to water and you’ll be fine. the only reason i take off one star is because the manufacturer doesn’t include a scoop, but other than that great stuff!
