I’ve tried other tubes and none filled up as much as these do. You get a full tube of product, mainly I make chopsticks. Other ones I’ve tried from a different vendor only filled up half way.

I know there are a lot of mixed reviews, but having taken that into consideration, I jumped in and am glad I did. So far so good, not a one has any issues thus far, and I’ve filled a LOT of them. Also, because of the superior design, I absolutely love using them, compared to others. Being able to see the volume, the fact that it fills so completely, the caps fit so perfectly, etc., etc. I just plain love them and am 100% satisfied with them.

This product arrived promptly and was received just as described. My order arrived in a box as shown and the count was correct (some reviewers have stated their order arrived in a bag and was short). I made a small batch of homemade lip balms to try them out. They work great… no leaking while waiting for the ingredients to harden and the caps stay on nicely. The tubes are a nice size… 5.5ml, which I believe is the standard chapstick size you find in stores.
I’ve used about 1/5 of the tubes so far. I didn’t add coloring to this batch so my lip balms are a cream/white color, but the clear tubes would be great for tinted lip balms. The clear tube also allows you to easily see how much product is left. I prefer to use labels that do not cover the entire tube so that you can still see how much product is left.
The only issue I had, which was no fault of the product, was filling them. I used a medicine syringe and ended up spilling some of the liquid (the hole in the syringe was not big enough to allow the liquid to flow out without partially stopping up and spraying everywhere) and I ended up knocking over a tube while trying to fill them. My husband made me a wooden holder for the tubes, so next time I will try pouring the liquid into the tubes and see how that works. If you fill large quantities of lip balm tubes at once, it may be wise to purchase a holder made for this purpose.

I just ordered my second box. Unless you are a manufacturer of say, chap stick – I highly doubt a consumer can get their hands on that kind of quality. This did not disappoint

After about a year of use, these still work great. I saw that some other brands don’t go down all the way (so you can only fill about half of the tube). I’ve used about half the box so far and every single one retracted all the way to the bottom and worked as expected after they were filled. If it’s not pushing the product up all the way, your product probably needs a firmer structure, or the lip balm is too warm (stick it in the fridge for awhile to solidify). My lip balms are just slightly softer than your typical ChapStick and the tubes work perfectly with it. Just be sure to wait until the balm is completely cool and solid before you try pushing it up for the first time.

The tubes came with the caps attached, and all snugly fit, which was a nice comparison to some previous experiences I’ve had with other vendors. The tubes are high quality and held up to hot beeswax/ shea mixture with no leaks, too. I just placed another order for my next batch.

(The chapstick on the right is this product) This does not fit in a standard chapstick holder because it is slightly too small, however it is a good product. Nice and clear, I like the white cap, and it fills to the bottom unlike the other brand on the left.
