I have been using this collagen for almost 3 weeks, no changes so far that I can tell. However, I used Vital Proteins previously for 3 months and never noticed changes either. I am mainly trying it as a protein supplement now, as it dissolves in my morning tea unlike protein powder, and I need a lot more protein in menopause than I can get through food.
This brand is dissolving great in my tea with milk and sugar, just adding a creamier texture, but it has that very beefy taste to me that is reported on some brands. My husband did not really notice, but he drinks strong coffee with flavored and sugar free creamer, so it is competing with more flavors there. Plus I have a very sensitive sense of taste and smell.

The only thing I didn’t like was the seam around the lid. Normally I can pry up a piece of the plastic seam and peel it off all the way around, but upon prying, the plastic stabbed me under my thumbnail and then broke. I then had to remove the rest of the seam with a paring knife.
