I started taking these 7 days post op from lipo 360 & breast augmentation. Immediately I noticed less swelling and on day 2 of taking these I stopped taking my mid day dose of pain pills. I didn’t realize you had to take 3 for them to be effective and if you take 3 then that’s 20 days only and you’ll be spending another $30+ dollars. Most ppl leave reviews without knowing how the product works especially if it’s supplements because most supplements take 3-6 months to know if they work or not. So by that time you have spend over $200 and if they didn’t work for you; then that’s money wasted.
I’ll have to update after my 20 days. If I feel like they actually work then I will rebuy.
