This product delivers – I was starting to undergo terrible hot flashes multiple times daily a few months ago. I read about this supplement and figured the worst that can happen if I try it, it doesn’t work. To my surprise, the supplement has helped with the severity and frequency of the hot flashes I was getting. When I do not take the supplement for a few days, I do notice that the hot flashes come back but they do subside once I start taking again. I never go more than a couple days without it since starting in June of 2019.

Bought this in hopes that it might help regulate my menstrual cycle and balance my hormones… and it did just that! After one month of taking this religiously, I got my period in 4 weeks instead of 6. Since then, my period has been predictable and on time every month. It’s been nearly 6 months now and I’m hoping to stop taking it soon!!

I decided to try this after reading that it helps when going off the pill. I was on the pill for 11.5 years straight, so I was very nervous about what to expect. I’ve heard horror stories from a few friends about their hormones being all over the place… breakouts, mood swings, etc.
To my surprise, I only had 2 days where I felt unusually emotional, and my period returned exactly 32 days after going off the pill, so I do believe this helped.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is that it’s pretty expensive for a single month supply, and because I took it along with some other supplements, including 1-2 that are within this supplement in a lower dosage than recommended.
I have recommended it to other friends who are also considering going off the pill.

Recommended but it helps well with moods and effects on sleep!

Made a huge difference and did away with fatigue that was crushing me, sadness and even depression that I’d feel for 7-14 days before period. I took only one pill a day and then two a few days before period. It was hard to tell I was getting my period at all.
Haven’t been taking it for about a month now since I ran out, and something changed: extremely sore breasts since ovulation. Too early to tell if sadness is going to return with a vengeance as well. But I never had soreness that started at ovulation. Not sure if this is bad and if my body is craving Femrebalance or what. I’m also taking Rhodiola Rosea Rosavin 200 mg, B complex, vit. D3 and K, so I wanted to see how my body handles PMS symptoms on these vitamins alone. If things were better with Vitanica, I think I will try Women’s Phase 1 next, which I guess is a logical step after rebalancing things. I don’t know if we’re making our bodies addicted to these supplements but I just was not functional without, so be it.

Game changer. My skin is getting back to normal. No more cystic acne crawling up my cheeks. Now this isn’t some kind of miracle vitamin that takes it all away but it has been incredibly helpful to balance my skin on top of my skincare regimen, drinking lots of water, eating healthy and not picking at my face. I would definitely recommend this for someone who has just gotten off birth control as your hormones may be out of control right off the bat like mine have been. I tried balance by alani nu and I honestly think this product is better.

I came across this product after surfing several hormone balance supplements. Chaste berry is known for helping any hormonal imbalances and it has helped me tremendously. This is my second order and I am already seeing a change. I would strongly recommend this supplements.

This was recommended to me by my naturopath for PMS, hormonal acne and cramps. Unfortunately, I had to stop taking it. I tried really hard to push through but had to quit at the 2 week mark. Since day 2 of taking it I noticed worsening of my acne and irritability. My energy may have been a bit better, but the tradeoff was wanting to snap at everyone around me. It caused me to be super irritable. The acne worsened every day until at 2 weeks I was having a bigger breakout than I’ve had in years. Stopped taking it and within a couple of days noticed my mood returned to normal and acne started reducing day by day. It may work for some women if it’s what their hormones need, but for me it only made the problem worse. I plan to do hormone testing before trying any new treatments and would recommend it as well if you can because some supplements are designed to elevate or reduce certain hormones you may or may not want adjusted.
