These pills have done wonders for my post partum healing journey. They give me so much energy throughout the day and have also increased my milk production. I usually experience post partum hair loss with my other children, however I have not this time around. I am not sure if these vitamins are helping me maintain my hair, but I do believe so. I am 10 weeks post partum and I had been taking prenatal vitamins with no issues. I’ve also taken Legendairy supplements with a little success in raising my supply. On a whim I decided to try this, and OMG. It’s only been a few days but my mood has improved slightly and my milk production has doubled! I’m returning to work so it’s important to me to make lots to store. Worth every penny! Do it, mamas!!

I chose to try these based off other reviews.. maybe some are just more sensitive to the ingredients then others.. i dont know. I’m someone who is sensitive to lots of soaps and lotions and metals so maybe the ingredients just does not work for me or my baby. I took it for a week straight to be sure. After two days of taking it my son had super painful gas that was causing screaming fits, he and I both became constipated. The powder capsules aren’t great to swallow, I swallowed them one at a time due to the fact that they float in your mouth full of water. I’m bummed I wanted to like these… can’t say I notice any increase in mood or breast milk production neither.

I am so excited about these Postnatal vitamins!! I’ve been taking gummy prenatals the last few years that have given me some dental issues and have some additives I never liked. (I only settled because I can’t stand the smell of most prenatals or swallow the huge horse pills!)
