This prenatal vitamin is my top choice because it comes in a smaller, easy to swallow capsule that is not as bitter as others I have tried. I also appreciate the use of vitamin D3 and other more bioavailable forms of the vitamins and minerals included in the pills. I would just change two things if I could. The first is to have a greater percentage of my daily calcium intake included since that requirement is so much higher during pregnancy. The second is to add choline since it’s such an important nutrient for nursing mothers and a lot of women are deficient in it. Overall, the vitamin is a great value for the price.

It was so hard trying to find the perfect vitamin for me. I have a specific diet that limits certain popular ingredient commonly found in vitamins. I follow a kosher diet that excludes pork derived ingredients that I have found so often in various vitamins. So when I found these I was so excited to try them. There were so many and I only had to take 1 a day. That means I get a whole two month supply for such a bargain. These didn’t cause me to break out which was something that I feared while pregnant. After giving birth I still use these on a daily basis. Its a great supplement that should be more widely known. I looked for others within my price range but the vegan alternatives were so expensive. Since I follow a kosher diet this was exactly what I needed. All of the ingredients look clean and I don’t have to worry about unnecessary additives. I will definitely continue to buy these until I stop breastfeeding.

Great prenatal that don’t have as much off a stench as most do. I am up to my 2nd bottle and have a recurring subscription as I take them daily and don’t want to forget before I run out. Also a good option because it is kosher.

I wholeheartedly recommend these prenatal vitamins to anyone expecting or breastfeeding. I took these vitamins during my entire pregnancy and now while I’ve been breastfeeding exclusively for the past 4 months. They are a little big but after a few times, you will get use to the size. They do not regularly cause nausea nor an upset stomach. They are a little smelly but I simply close the container quickly after taking one pill out. I have never had any issues with these and had a completely healthy pregnancy without any vitamin deficiencies. I plan on taking these while I am in my child-bearing age. Lastly, I take one pill once a day right after lunch or halfway through my lunch because they cause a little bit of nausea if taken on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.

This product is great. This is the prenatal I’ve been taking in the last few years. It’s tasteless so it goes down pretty well and I know that I’m doing my part
in giving my body the necessary nutrients that it needs. I’m thankful that it’s Kosher which is another plus!! I can’t buy them or use them otherwise. The best part is

I just wanted to say how much I like the Zahler one a day prenatal. What drew me to this prenatal is that it’s a quality product at a great value, vegetarian capsules, a FOUR months supply and then to discover it also on Amazon made me happy.
