I like these vitamins a lot. They are very good quality with a relatively low price. They’re large but easy to swallow. They’re smelly, because there’s really no way around that, but they don’t leave a weird taste in your mouth (and I’m very sensitive to tastes). This is the only prenatal vitamin I use (note that I take them for hair/skin/general health, I am not pregnant).

Finding a prenatal that truly covers all the bases can feel overwhelming, but this multivitamin stands out for providing essential nutrients that support a healthy pregnancy journey. With a well-rounded list of ingredients including DHA, folic acid, vitamin C, B12, iron, and Omega-3, this prenatal aims to cover both the physical and developmental needs of mother and baby.
First up, DHA (a key Omega-3 fatty acid) is known for supporting fetal brain and eye development, which is a top concern for many expectant mothers. DHA is naturally abundant in fatty fish but can be tough to incorporate regularly, so a supplement fills that gap nicely. Folic acid, another critical component, is essential for preventing neural tube defects in early pregnancy and is widely recommended by health professionals. Meanwhile, vitamin C and B12 contribute to immune health and energy production, while iron supports increased blood volume and reduces the risk of anemia—a common challenge during pregnancy. Each of these nutrients plays a role that feels integral to maintaining energy, supporting the baby’s growth, and covering the increased nutritional demands that come with pregnancy.
The softgel form of this prenatal makes it convenient and easier on the stomach, which can be crucial, especially for women dealing with nausea or sensitivity to pills. A supply of 240 softgels is also generous, meaning you’re covered for the long haul through pre-pregnancy planning, the full term, and postpartum recovery. The formula is free from harmful additives, and the manufacturer emphasizes quality control and safety, which is reassuring for anyone being cautious about what they’re consuming during such a critical time.
While it’s hard to assess the tangible effects of a multivitamin supplement right away, I haven’t noticed anything different, however, many users report feeling confident in meeting their daily requirements and often mention more consistent energy and a general sense of wellbeing. However, the real benefit may not be directly noticeable but rather lies in the peace of mind, knowing that both mother and baby are being supported.
**As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (:

These are big, so if you have trouble with taking medicine – they may not be for you but these are one of the only prenatals that don’t cause me to be nauseous.

My youngest child is 34 years old but I love this vitamin. My doctor supports me using them so I’m a happy customer. I feel good so I say they are 5 star!

Okay so, a lot of prenatal vitamins do not contain iron AND dha. As a matter of fact, it’s hard to find a decent prenatal with everything you need. A lot do not contain iron and I searched awhile and read lots of reviews.
I would have loved a gummy throughout pregnancy but gummy prenatals do not contain iron.
I’m in month 9 and only have 3 weeks until my due date, so I can say that these were just fine for me! They don’t have any weird aftertaste, they slide down the hatch easily… no one loves swallowing pills but I didn’t have any issues with these. Yes I had morning sickness at first and I was still able to get these down. They’re not small… but they’re good if you want one prenatal vitamin that has everything you’re looking for in a prenatal.
