This is a very nice product. I find that, taking one a day, my nails have grown much stronger and my hair has grown more voluminous. I usually experience split ends around the length my hair is now, but it still appears quite healthy. I have a lot of very fine hair and usually lose a lot of it, especially when washing it, but I have experienced a lot less hair loss while taking this supplement.
I was shocked to see that my thin eyebrows grew thicker and darker, and more shocked to find that my eyelashes grew crazy long. I have always had short eyelashes and thin eyebrows—now people ask me if I’m wearing makeup! Nope, just this supplement.
I like the size of the capsules. I also like that there is no strong taste. Though the bottle recommends taking them with a meal, I find I am able to take them with an empty stomach, possibly because of their capsule form. I like that they are 2500 mcg pills, not 5000 mcg, since I can lower the dosage appropriately to my body weight. I would recommend this to those who find that their hair is thin and their nails are flaky. It’s really changed things more than I thought it would.

I started using this product when I started getting brittle nails , hair fall and other skin issues. I started having this as per the recommended dosage (2 tablets daily). I noticed considerable difference in my nails and skin – nails are not strong and i can grow them as before (like i was using prenatal tablets) and the skin issues are also reduced. I started to get a nice glow in my skin and it is no more dry and itchy. I haven’t noticed much difference in my hair though.
I am almost done with my first bottle. Will be ordering again and I will update the review if i see any difference in my hair.
Overall it is a nice product. I have not seen any adverse effects/ cons so far

I have hair growing on my head now. I cut my hair several times last year becaue it was unhealthty due to relaxers and dye, and it wouldn’t grow back for no reason. My hair usually grows like crazy, but not this time around. My oldest daughter kept saying, “hey ma, why your hair not growing back?” She’s not understanding this and neither am I. I think it came from all the recent stress I just went through over losing my husband 4 years ago and a few other things. In any case, I started taking this supplement about 3 weeks ago and I see visible signs of hair growing on my head. I can tell by my bangs because they wouldn’t grow at all. Now I have enough hair to roll and curl. I also use Nexxus Extensive Damage Hair Repair shampoo and Mask in the black and purple package to give my hair a fighting chance. I try not to put heat on my hair at all or only once a week if I have to. I am now opting for wet sets more. My fingernails also suffered a great deal of stress and kept breaking. Now I have nails that are growing at a good rapid pace. While they are still slightly brittle and weak, they are stronger than they were weeks ago. This product is still being evaluated by me, and I have not done this review for anyone. I just offered to do it to help the public with their decision making in purchasing this product. I sincerely believe this vitamin mixture truly does work. I’m sticking with it and take two a day and I don’t have any nausea with the capsules and I take them with food at night before bed time. Picture on the right is before and picture on the left is after 3 weeks of using hair, skin, and nails vitamins. Will update on my progress in about 3 weeks around June 30, 2018.

I replaced my regular dietary supplement with this product a little over a week ago. The package says its for hair, skin, and nails but this is actually a good general purpose multivitamin combined with a hair and nail supplement. As such, this is a great value. One thing that I can for sure tell has improved is the health of my nails.
Usually, small white discolorations develop at the base of my nails. I’m told this is a sign of unhealthy nails, which would make sense since my nails are pretty flimsy. Since starting the new supplement, there are no new discolorations sprouting from the base of my nails. I believe this means my protein metabolism is improving. It’s too early to tell yet if my nails will be harder and stronger once I grow them all the way out with this new dietary supplement, but in light of what I have seen so far I am hopeful that will be the case!

It works for me. I’m 64 and travel for months at a time to remote places. I now always bring certain vitamins (eg calcium, etc and I’ve added this one).
My hair has always been thick, but it became less so, especially after a doctor prescribed Meloxicam and I researched and it was in fact making my hair fall out all around my hairline and everywhere else. I never take medication and this one time I needed to take it for a short period of time. The side effect was horrendous. Naturally I stopped immediately and informed the doctor (who claimed to have never heard of this side effect – please).
So! My hair has repaired itself. This vitamin helps my nails as well. I often only take one a day. All I can say is it works for me!

Since using this product, this is the longest my nails have been without having fake nails! My skin is glowing and my hair has grown as well. I would say the most effective part is the fingernails, only because my have grown so noticeably long. I have received so many compliments since using this product!

This is the second time I am ordering this product and I am on the second months now of taking these vitamins. I’ve seen improvement in my nails, which are stronger and grow faster. I used to have very brittle nails and this has completely changed and my nails look a lot better. I’ve also started to notice some small hair growth on the side part of my head, where I had started to loose some hair after being sick. Although it is a bit pricey, it seems to be working and I am happy with the purchase!

Y didn’t this tell us it’s a vegetarian product. I just received my order n read everything about it then saw it’s vegetarian I have used other vegetarian vitamins n not happy with the results
