This product is a 2 gummies a day dose of biotin. With that dose, it provides 7600 mcg of biotin! The FDA says 30 mcg is what we need which could be found in a 3 oz liver or 3 eggs. This massive dose is too much for what I need, so I take 1 gummy a day for 3,800 mcg of biotin and 1.5 g of sugar (2 gummies are 3 g of sugar). By taking 1/2 a dose a day, I am getting more than my daily allowance and I just extened my bottle for a 60 day supply. The gummy is more on the firm side and circular. The raspberry taste is present enough.
