Without spending an hour telling you my migraine history, I’ve suffered since 1982! I’ve tried absolutely Everything! Nothing worked. All kind of different Drs, healers, witch doctors, chiropractors, regular ppl on the street with their homemade remedies etc. I tried eye glasses because they thought I was straining to see. I went to an oral surgeon and had my wisdom teeth removed because I was told they are oversized and could be causing headaches and sinus pressure headaches. I went to a migraine clinic they ran test after test after test, they put me on pain meds, nerve meds, changed my diet, they gave me blood pressure meds, antidepressants, etc etc. About 10 years ago I found relief with acupuncture and the pill Imitrex! Imitrex works great, but my insurance only covers 9 pills a month because they cause guess what? Worse headache as a withdrawl that I never knew about. I’d need one pill every day and never knew why! In the beginning it was only 1-2 pills a week! Then it became everyday. I had my wife and my sister both go their dr to get on imitrex so I would have 27 pills a month. Finally found out after my 3rd stomach surgery from internal bleeds caused by NSAIDS I’d take for headaches that imitrex is causing me worse headaches because I’m addicted to them. WOW I WAS SHOCKED, the medicine is worse then the cure.
Acupuncture worked! But it would take 3 treatments a week for about 2 months to fully work. It would last about 3-4 months but the headaches would start again! I’d have to repeat the treatments all over again. It’s a pain to comit to that each week! I was at the end of my 52 year old rope! I didn’t know what else to do! Idk why I just typed in migraine meds in the search bar on Amazon and found these! I couldn’t believe the reviews! I said no way all these reviews are all fake! I have to try these. Now, when I started these I was on 1 Imitrex a day everyday for 2 months! Usually the only way to get off Imitrex was weeks of acupuncture treatments.
Day one:
I took 1 My Brain 8:00am, my second at noon. Around 3:00 is when my migraines would start! (Basically every 24 hours when the Imitrex wore off). Well 3:00 came and I felt a light headache starting. I took 3 Excedrin tension headache (non aspirin). It took the edge off and I tolerated it! I took the 3rd My Brain pill at 7pm! At 8:30 my tension headache was gone! I couldn’t believe it NO MIGRAINE!! Just a light headache that day til 8:30 pm. This continued for the next 4 weeks til the pills were gone! Not one migraine the entire month. BUT I was still getting light annoying headaches that would last several hours each day. I was kinda pissed because I wanted to be headache free completely. I can’t take aspirins or any nsaids because of my stomach bleeds (not ulcers) bleeds! I’ve taken aspirin advil etc soooo much over the years it started eating away the lining walls of my stomach and intestines. I was told by my stomach surgeon (NYC Columbia Presp) if I keep this up there’s gonna come a time when he can’t fix me! So No More NSAIDs!! If I could I’m sure those little m/light headaches world have been gone quickly. But this was a huge victory being off imitrex. I was really shocked.
Month 2,
The time came to buy a second bottle. I wasn’t sure if I was goin to get another. My wife said are your crazy you have to! I was upset cause I was still getting those light headaches but I had to buy another bottle because I was migraine and imitrex free! WELL!!! Around the 6th week I’ve been completely headache migraine free! I CANT BELIEVE IT!! Never in my life do I remember feeling this great! After suffering for 40 years of headaches I’m now completely headache migraine free! I don’t know when the last time was that I head a headache. After the 8th week I even cut the pills down to 2 a day! I no longer need 3 a day! This stuff really saved my quality of life. It was brutal living life through migraines. I wanted to die some days. I really did! Unless you suffer from migraines you’ll never understand the horrors! These pills have been a miracle in my life. I’ll never stop taking these!

I suffer from chronic headaches and migraines and recently they became so bad I made a trip to the ER. I started taking these pills after that visit (doc gave me a prescription that I did not like) and my headaches were almost non existent! I forgot to bring them to work one day and got a headache…so seriously these pills work and work fast! I’m giving 4 stars because of the butterbur. I’ve read a lot about it and it doesn’t seem safe to take. I reached out to Eu Natural directly and asked if the butterbur was PA free. IT IS NOT. They said they can’t claim it as PA free because it’s physically part of the plant and herb structure, so to remove it would cause the butterbur to not work. They said they used a low dosage amount blended with other herbal ingredients to provide relief to ensure the product was safe. I don’t know how I feel about continuing on with this product and butterbur, which sucks because it has seriously helped me out so much this past month.

I am a chronic migraine sufferer, and have been for years. Nothing I have tried yet has prevented it- the only thing I could do is be prepared for one at any time and hope that I am home when it hits. I would get them at least four to eight times a month, often lasting for two or three days at a time. Having migraines took over my life; they prevented me from going to work, from seeing friends, cooking dinner, and studying for exams. This supplement has changed my life. The only time I have gotten a migraine while using it was when I stopped taking it for a period of a few days due to travel- and let me tell you, that migraine I had while I wasn’t taking it was one of the worst of my life. The B vitamins in it also made me feel just overall great, and gave me more energy and improved my mood as well.
I finished this bottle, and am currently using a different brand that has slightly different ingredients. So far, I like this brand better; while the other migraine defense bottle is fine, I have had a vaguely nauseous feeling associated with that medicine, and while I haven’t had a migraine while using it, I just feel overall better using My Brain! When the other brand is empty, I will return to this one.
Before I had these supplements, I truly thought there was no cure. Doctors did not take me seriously, clearly assumed I was a dramatic teenage girl (I was a freshman in high school when they started, I am a senior in college now). I couldn’t find any consistent triggers, and was constantly in fear of having a sudden attack when I was not home. I know it’s a bold statement, but these pills really have given me hope again. Absolutely worth the price. While I still carry migraine medicine around with me like it’s my life support (well…in a way it is), these pills have improved my everyday quality of life greatly.
UPDATE 3/21/2019:
I have been using these for several months now and they are still the #1 thing I have used for migraine prevention. I am taking 2 per day, one when I wake up and one before I go to sleep. I have noticed repeatedly that if I do not take it for several days, (4-6 days usually, from travel, ran out, pure laziness, etc), the migraine I get is FAR worse than my normal ones, so I make sure to take them regularly. It has reduced my migraines from weekly to monthly, and the ones I get now are typically significantly less severe than if I am not taking any medication. Of course, it is not a cure-all- that would be ridiculous to expect- but it has drastically improved my quality of life and I am now a lifelong consumer. THANK YOU MYBRAIN!
