Update : so I started to take these first thing in the morning before food and the weird aftertaste became non existent. Not sure what caused the weird flavor but I ended up enjoying these and added them permanently into my routine. Obviously the bf chose to stick to the other gummies.
I got these because they’re such a great gummy with great ingredients. Unfortunately I just didn’t love them. I got turned off by the after taste that seems to stay for hours later. The bf, however, didn’t enjoy the taste or the texture right out the gate. I’ll end up using them anyways but it’s unfortunate, I’ll have to stick to the gummies I normally get. The gummies in the picture show (left) ollys and (right) llamas. As you can see the llamas is more like a fruit leather and has a weird coating on it? Ill have to stick with ollys, despite the synthetic vatamins until I can find a new brand to try.

These are horrible especially for the price. I wish I read the 1 star reviews before I ordered. I am now out of almost $30 for vitamins I can’t even eat due to risk of mold. I tried to get support for a refund and had no luck. Do not order from this company.

When I first opened this bottle up, it had a horrible smell. Fortunately, the taste was not as bad as the smell. I found this vitamin to be tart, like the old sweet tarts back in my day (I am 70+). I was not expecting that tart taste; after 2 weeks of taking this vitamin, I got used to the tart taste and the horrible smell went away. I bought a different kind of chewable vitamin to take when I finished this jar of Llama because I was not sure I would be able to finish these tart ones. But, the other vitamin was more tart than Llama; so I decided it must be what happens when there is no sugar involved and no sugar is more important than experiencing a tart taste. I will be purchasing more bottles of Llama in the future. Llama is coated with a rice flour so that they do not stick together and I like that. There was no time that I was not taking vitamins, starting with the capsule I was taking to now the two chewable kinds so I cannot comment on if any of these is working better than the other, but I don’t feel any different so I assume they must be working. The price is good as well and as I cannot swallow pills any longer, I like that I found something that is chewable.

I bought these to try a vitamin with less or no added sugar. I like this, they take some time getting used to the taste and smell. Once I took them for about a week, I was ok with the taste. They are plant based which is good, but they do not taste as fruity as my last type with added sugar. I am happy to decrease the added sugars for improved health!!

I see several reviews that mention they didn’t like the taste or that their kids refused to eat them. My kids and I loved them ! They taste like real fruits , the way food should taste. I think people may be used to the artificial tastes and going off of that. But I had no issues taking these and my kids love taking their kid’s version of these vitamins. As for the “grainy ” feel or taste in order for the vitamins to not stick together they add rice flour which is a bit coarse but it’s been no issue for me it’s a very small amount. Ingredients are great and the taste is too so I would definitely recommend.
