These gummies are pleasant tasting, soft and easy to chew without sticking to my teeth, are very easy to swallow, and produce no digestive discomfort.
Although these gummies contain a generous supply of other nutrients, I’ve become somewhat leery of vitamin supplements that may also contain therapeutic levels of multiple vitamins that may become unnecessarily additive to others that you may be taking simultaneously. Keeping track of every supplement you may be ingesting during your daily vitamin regimen seems time-consuming and something of a chore. I would much rather confine myself to a carefully targeted vitamin supplement as a means of providing a little peace of mind.

I usually give mom the regular capsules. However, with mom’s diabetes, I wanted to try these because mom will feel as though she is getting a treat although these are vitamins that she needs. I am satisfied that these haven’t raised her blood sugar as well. They are tasty, I tried one myself, and it does not have an aftertaste like some other vitamins may have.

My diet isn’t as great as it could be as far as making sure I get enough of various vitamins and minerals. I need to take D3, which should be taken with K. I already have to take several pills a day, so I thought I’d give myself a break and try to find a D/K gummy. I was happy when I saw these had a few extras to help and they were in reasonable doses.
I think they taste great. I love they are sweetened with monk fruit. I take these after dinner and honestly they seem like I’m having a little candy treat.
