I had been using a different brand of liquid Vitamin D3/K2 and for some reason I kept getting headaches each time I would take it, so I had to discontinue usage. The thing is, headaches aside, I felt better for taking this particular vitamin, so I decided to switch to a different brand and see if that made a difference.
It has. I am really happy to say that I have had zero weird side effects when using the 3rd Rock Essentials liquid supplement. The recommended dosage is 5 drops, and the ideal time to take this vitamin combo is with breakfast or lunch, because this is when your body would naturally be synthesizing Vitamin D from sunlight.
Is it working? It’s difficult to say. Since this combo is for helping keep your heart and bones healthy, I won’t really know if it’s helping until my next annual visit to the doctor, but I’m willing to continue using this supplement to find out.

This flavorless vitamin D and K2 tincture is easy to add to my water and juice and has no fillers besides distilled water, di-calcium phosphate and citric acid. This likely takes time to feel the effects, as so far I haven’t felt any changes. I look forward to continuing to take this and feel more energy, immune support, mood improvement, and less joint issues.

I like that this barely has any flavor and its clear so no added dyes. 5 drops is all you need so I count very slowly (unless you want to add to water or something else) and its done for the day.
Its states 120 servings so should last for about 4 months. Easier to take than a pill or capsule. I used to take a spray oil and it tasted gross so I am happy with this liquid.
Amber bottle w/ squeeze bulb dropper. Someone did mention that they wish there was a marker on the dropper to measure which I thought too would be helpful.

I like that it is clear so I know there is no added dyes. I didn’t think it tasted terrible but I let my kids try it and they scrunched up their faces and ran for their water. I think this is a great product and for how many servings it has in it I think it is a good price. My only complaint is with the dropper. It is really hard to count 5 drops since it pretty much just all comes out pretty quickly making me think it won’t last the 120 servings. It would be better if there was some kind of marking on the dropper itself so you can try to measure out on the dropper before putting it in your mouth. That is the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. Maybe someone else has more nimble fingers than I do and can actually get a 5 drop measurement.

This is a great tasting D3 and K2 liquid supplement that provides 4000 IU of D3 and 90 mcg of MK7 K2 in 5 drops (1/4ml). The bottle have 120 servings so it does last a while. I typically take this a the same time that I take my fish oil and other fat-soluble supplements. This one is water based and goes down without leaving a film on your tongue.
Given how long it lasts I would says it’s a good value for the money and will probably reorder once the bottle is close to empty

Since I have issues swallowing pills this almost tasteless vitamin liquid is wonderful. I only taste the tiniest bit of sour from the drops. Perfect to take the drops as is or mix in my water in the morning. I like that its vegan, gluten free and has distilled water.

As you can see, I discovered mold in the dropper while trying to adjust the fluid level in pipette. It was inside the bladder ball. Wish I saw it before using the first time… hope I don’t become ill.

This Third Rock Essentials D3, K2 supplement’s manufacturer is in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The company has a good reputation when it comes to quality supplements. The combination of these two, D3 & K2 is said to help with calcium absorbtion. I have had two serious back surgeries. Taking calcium gel tabs controls the muscle spasms that my surgeries have caused. I am hoping this supplement will further help with absorbtion of my calcium so that my legs and feet will stop cramping also.
The recommended daily dose is 5 drops. This 1 fluid ounce bottle will last quite some time as there are 120 servings within.
This supplement contains:
Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) 4000IU – 667% over recommended daily allowance.
Vitamin K2 (as menaquinine) 90mcg – 80% of RDA.
The other ingredients are distilled water, di-calcium phosphate and citric acid.
There is no soy or other fillers in this supplement.
