I was taking 400mg Magnesium and 400mg B2 separately for around 60 days. A side effect of magnesium is that it’s also a stool softener. A side effect of B2 is that it turns your urine bright yellow/orange. Without being graphic, suffice to say that while taking these supplements separately it was evident that they were legitimate. For sake of convenience, I switched to these gummies because they are smaller and they combined 6 pills into two gummies.
Immediately the evident effects stopped. I tried these for two weeks, then went back to the separate pills yesterday. The common side effects of those supplements returned immediately.
I doubt that these contain the advertised mg of either of those supplements, if they contain any at all, which also calls into question any of the other claims on the label. A quick internet search will tell you that 100 magnesium pills are always huge, so how would they fit 200 mg into one small gummy? I should have done my research before paying for these, because the claims they make on the label really are too good to be true.

I didn’t know B2 was for the nervous system. I am feeling stronger and more stable, less affected, less nervous than before. This is good!!. I take the other B vitamins with it so I don’t create imbalances as the B vitamins all work together. But this is good – has a calming, strong effect. Very good.

I am so happy that I finally found a vitamin B2 400 mg product that I can take in gummy form! Back then the only vitamin B2 400mg I can only take it was in pill form, and those suckers were big! And the taste is amazing! I want to eat it like candy but remind myself no no no! This is a vitamin, only take 2 per day! LOL!

This is a review for the vidabotan 90-count Vitamin B2 Gummies. The price was $16.69 when I ordered it.
These gummies arrived fresh, are soft, don’t stick to my teeth, and have a good flavor (tastes like pineapple to me). I prefer taking vitamins and supplements in gummy form when possible because it’s a lot easier for me to get down. Plus, when they have a good flavor it feels a bit like I’m cheating/having a treat. These vidabotan gummies do a good flavor without any nasty aftertaste, making them very easy to chew and swallow. The bottle arrived very well packaged with tamperproof safety seals externally around the entire bottle and internally under the lid. It gives me greater confidence that these are produced in good conditions with quality ingredients. I like that these have zero grams of sugar and are made in the USA. I also like that the bottle is actually full and comes with 90 gummies. Some supplements come in a half empty bottle. The recommended dose is 1 or 2 gummies per day, so one bottle provides a 1.5 to 3 month supply. As with all such supplements, it can be difficult to assess the health impacts, but I haven’t had any noticeable negative side effects from taking these gummies.

This is my second order and it unfortunately isn’t nearly as good as my first. The first ones I got were really fresh and almost melted in my mouth (so much so I had to stop myself from having extras), but this last order is definitely going stale.. chewy, less flavor.. at least I don’t want to eat extras, but super bummed they aren’t fresh
