These have everything you need and your body absorbs all of the nutrition. Not just a supplement that is taking a trip through your body to be lost on the other end (if you get my drift). I take these even when not pregnant as they make me feel so much better all the time. They are a bit on the larger side and not the best flavor (every once in a while there is a gag reflex activated), but most truly healthy things are not always the best flavor anyway. At least if you’re going to pay for the higher $$ point you want to make sure they are quality, and these are for sure!
