I haven’t had a full month in yet but so far these are great. The taste is better than others I’ve had and I feel good knowing the ingredients is all natural.

These post natals changed the game. I was down in the ppd and ppa, after taking these for a few days I can already feel the difference. They are a bit pricey, but they work wonders.
Would like to note, the mint flavor caught me off guard.

I’m sure these vitamins provided all the necessary nutrients, however I personally found that they are difficult to get down. I’m not a gel capsules type of person so my review is based on that. If you don’t mind that texture and can ignore the minty taste when first popping them into your mouth, and the gross fish oil after taste/burps hours later then these are probably fine. After one month of taking them I switched to another product.

These vitamins give you terrible ‘fishy’ burps! I’m very impressed with the ingredient list and the fact that they are slow release but man do those after burps suck! Along with the smelly burps I also noticed some very mild heartburn but it’s not too bad to be honest. I’m currently also breastfeeding and was hesistant to buy them due to the mixed reviews of their impact on milk supply but we’ll see how that goes further down the line. Packaging is great and they look pretty neat I will say. Only thing is that some of the vitamins either melted or leaked and I had 3 fused together so yet another small inconvenience. Aside from those little issues I just can’t stand the fishiness. These are not for everyone lol

I’ve been on the hunt trying different postnatal vitamins as I’m still breastfeeding and wanting to not only give my baby the best but also feel my best and not depleted. Most vitamins I feel no difference, however these give me amazing energy! I can’t live without them!

I started taking these vitamins about 3 months postpartum and they did more harm than good for me. They made me sick repeatedly (nausea, upset stomach, vomiting) and I typically have an iron stomach. I didn’t vomit once during pregnancy. The mint flavor on the casing is way too strong. And also, as a breastfeeding mom, mint can lower your supply, which I didn’t know before taking these. It honestly was a waste of money and energy that I could have used to care for my baby. It took me a while to realize these were making me sick, but once I stopped taking these vitamins I felt better.

After using some prenatals and postnatal from Costco, I realized there are so many other types out there that are better.
First of all, pill size. These are not too big so it’s easier to swallow. The only thing is you have to take 2. But it’s not as bad because they’re not as big as the ones I used to take.
There is a hint of flavor. It is a minty flavor which is kind of weird; makes me think of swallowing toothpaste. But it’s better than tasting a fishy odor, which the other pills alert giving off.
Also, this is a monthly supply. Which can be pricey. But it tastes better and is more comfortable. I’ve been using this for a while now and have a subscription to refill.

Edit – take right before bed to avoid the burps and it’s all good!
I’ve been taking Perellel vitamins for the past year. I had my baby in August and wanted to switch to a bit cheaper simpler option and wow these are SO bad. I am burping the rest of the day tasting the fish oil and do not have this problem with the perellel postnatal vitamin packs.
