I take guidance on vitamin K2 from Kate Rheaume-Bleue’s book Vitamin K2 and the Calcium Paradox, which is well written and informative. I learned about Kate by listening to a Youtube interview with her by Dr Mercola. There are several informative videos. I have read that K2 is best absorbed in an oil such as coconut oil. This product causes me no problems. 3 months ago I had shoulder replacement and I hope that this will aid in repairing the cut bone in my joint. I am also hopeful that it will help me maintain bone density, clear arteries and clear thinking. This is not something that I can feel and pass along the results to you. I am taking it on faith from the research that I have read and expect favorable results in the long term. Good luck.

It’s too early to verify the effect I’m expecting – that the calcium deposited in the cholesterol plaques in my arteries & arterioles will be lessened (see the book- REVERSE HEART DISEASE NOW by Stephen Sinatra, MD). But right now, I can say that the product was well made & I had no side effects. I’m a physician & considering all the available vit. K2 in the market, I chose this one after thorough “investigative” research. I feel I can trust the company & the people who made this product.

I must say I am really impressed with this Product! It actually works! I wanted to write a review sooner but I wanted to try it for at least a week first.
The very first thing I noticed was it brought down my blood pressure right away, that very same day I tried it, so much so that I am not taking my BP meds anymore. Please do not try this at home without checking with your doctor first, as I am not a doctor and you may not receive the same results. I do have a BP cuff and I have been checking my BP once in the morning and then again before I go to bed every single day. My numbers have been 109/69 consistently though sometimes it has varied as much as 5 points even so it has been remarkable! I’m starting to wonder if that has been my issue all along…a lack of vitamin K2 with M7? hmmmmmmm most curious wouldn’t you say?
Whatever the reason with results like this I will never be out of this product again but just in case I think I will buy a few extra bottles when I re purchase and I will repurchase. Young Life Research has nailed it! I hope you keep up the quality and the ability to let people know about this product. No chemicals, no side effects just good healthy for you vitamins at a more then reasonable price. But what can I say? How do you value your health? Would you rather take a drug which is just another way to poison our bodies or take a simple just coming to the forefront in the vitamin world that cost very little in comparison and it actually works! I know there are other great benefits as well for this product but for me this was the best as now at 62 (did I say that out loud? lol) I am not taking any meds! This is a wonderful product. My family has been using it for several months now, and it has had a very positive effect on the health of all of us.
On the day it arrived, there was a lot of smoke in our area from forest fires. I was having some breathing issues because of the heavy smoke. Shortly after i took my first capsule of this product, it was easier to breathe and I felt more energy. It helped me get through the period when there was heavy smoke pollution in our area. I had never heard of K2 having this effect before, but it certainly was a blessing to me at that time.
After several months of taking it, we all noticed the following benefits…
Teeth and gums felt strong and healthy, and the previous soreness and minor aches disappeared.
Tarter does not appear to form on our teeth.
We sleep much better.
We have much more energy.
We usually feel good, and are in a good mood.
Fatigue has disappeared, though we still get tired if we do too much. But the tiredness does not last.
Some minor skin problems disappeared.
Digestion and related issues improved greatly, to the point where we do not even notice them.
There were other benefits as well.
We believe that our bodies are much better able to repair and maintain us because they now have a vital nutrient that was lacking, even though we tried to eat well. It is very hard to get enough quality K2 form modern foods, even if you try hard to eat natural and real. This supplement gave us something that we needed.
We chose this product out of many others because it seemed to be the most real and natural, and was soy free. We also liked that the vitamin is in coconut oil, There is no doubt that we made the right choice.

This mk-7 is a great price, and high quality. I like that it has 100 mcg per capsule, in a base of coconut oil with no unwanted additives like magnesium sterate. I’ve been taking Vitamin K2 since reading Dr Kate Rheume-Bleue’s book Vitamin K2 and the Calcium Paradox. Vitamin K2 plays such an important role in the body to tell calcium where to go (our bones) and take it away from where it should not be (like our arteries). I give this to my children as well to aid in their healthy bone development, and they can easily chew the capsule. Will be a repeat customer!!
