I’ve been taking K2 Mk4 ever since being diagnosed with osteopenia. That was more than12 years ago. That’s when I also started exercising more diligently, eating healthier and including K2 Mk4. My bone density actually increased and remained better for years. I was only recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and I’ll be 66 in a little more than a month. It’s only in my pelvis and just ‘crossed over’ by the numbers. I do credit this vitamin along with lifestyle change to better health. This pill is easy for me to digest. I’m not a big person and don’t take the full dose all the time because it is so expensive – at least one a day. The expense is its only draw back.
I would and do recommend this to people concerned with bone density.

Great product that’s tested by 3 different labs for purity. 15 mg is each capsule is great. I use 1 when I take my D3 in the morning and 1 capsule with dinner.
I can’t say for sure if it works but the scientific evidence, or whatever evidence is out there, says its a great product to take to direct calcium. I had a very hard time (reactions) with K2-MK7 ; none with MK4.
I wish this were a bit cheaper though. Maybe a 6 month supply give 25% off?

The research supporting high-dose vitamin K2 is compelling. I have not sent these to a lab to test for quantity and quality, so I rely on the manufacturer’s claim. With that said, there is no better price per mg I can find (including Bulksupplements and chemical supply houses).

Have had no problems with this brand. Seems to contain a good quantity of K2 MK4. I hope the K2 is doing what it is supposed to do. So far it seems fine.

I just started taking Relentless Improvement’s vitamin K2 MK4 (menatetranone). I have used some of their other products, and they seemed fine. No issues so far with the MK4.
I viewed the website for Relentless Improvement, and it contained no information about their process for making the MK4. So I emailed back and forth with the owner of Relentless Improvement to inquire about the source of their materials and their process, but he told me “I am the expert, so you shouldn’t be concerned about it.” He also asked me “why do you care?” Well, I had already explained in detail to him about my family’s sensitivity to certain substances and chemicals. It seemed a bizarre way to respond to a customer by insulting me for asking a question and then dancing around it and not answering. In contrast, I always appreciate a company that is dedicated to transparency and respects the fact that consumers have a right to know what they are paying for and ingesting. Perhaps I should continue searching for a different brand. But I will continue taking the Relentless Improvement for now because it’s not easy to find K2 in this form and dosage. I give 4 stars. I’d appreciate a little more transparency by the company, but otherwise the product itself hasn’t caused any negative effects so far. The pills are very small and really easy to swallow. I like that the company states it uses very few to zero fillers, which is good.

I’ve been taking different forms of K2 for a few years now. The price has gone up on this vitamin much more than others it seems. So, after searching for a better option, I settled on this brand. I like that there are no/minimal additives. No complaints so far.

I want to thank the company for this product. It is a dry none oil product and I have used it successful for an issue I had. If you relate to this, it could help you too. 1st I had cataract surgery on both eyes, Then in 2016 I had open heart surgery for 2 bad valves. Now I was on a blood thinner (warfarin). My eyes began to develop cysts in the macula of the eye,s diagnosis of systoid macular edema which caused fluid filled sacks in my eyes causing me to see like I had cataract again. My doctor said it was the result of having cataract surgery. But it started after my heart surgery, so I figured my blood was thinner thus fluid seepped into the macula. Vitamin K might help but it would change my thinness of my blood. I found that making an eye drop out of one capsule (Open and use only inside vitamin powder), 1/4 cup distilled water and 1/16th tsp of salt. Put in an eye dropper and freeze for later any extra. Vigorously shake eyedropper bottle. Use 1 to 3 times a day. It helped to clear up my vision by thickening my eye fluids. I will see what my doctor says next month. I am only telling you what I did and it’s resullts. I make no guarantees, but you can try it and see. I could find no other oil free product and this works great!
