I got this primarly for the K2. It has both MK-4 and MK-7 types of K2. Studies show that mk-7 is more effective an practical. It only needs to be taken once daily, and the dosage can be lower (100mcg). For whatever reason they include 10mcg of mk-4 which probably won’t do much. Two capsules is going to get you to the 100mcg dosage which seems to be the common choice.
As with any supplement, manufacturer and testing is essential to validate the quality. Here’s what I found…
This particular brand is made in China. It is made by Huizhou Haiye Food Co., Ltd. which was established in March of 2024. There is no website, or additional information that I could find.
This vitamin gets 3 stars from me since there is no GMP or third-party testing. Purchase at your own risk.

However, my main issue with this product is the size of the gel capsules. They are quite large—comparable to the size of typical Vitamin E capsules—which is noticeably bigger than other D3 K2 supplements I’ve tried that come in smaller, pear-like capsules. While I don’t have major trouble swallowing them, I definitely prefer a smaller capsule size for easier, more comfortable daily use. In terms of effectiveness and quality, this product is excellent.

Having said that, these are a little less expensive than some other brands.
They seem to be working, because when I don’t take D3 & K2, my energy noticeably drops.
Overall pleased with these.

I wanted to try these because I read vitamins D3 and K2 are often taken together to support bone health, cardiovascular health, and immune health. I received 2 bottles and both were sealed properly. The pills themselves are bigger than expected, bit not difficult to swallow. They are tasteless and come with a good quantity. Per the vitamin content, I hope they work but I think for the price, amount ans size of the pills, they are worth a try.

These pills are tiny and easy to swallow which I really like! They are also gel which I feel like will absorb into your system a lot faster! I have not noticed any negative side effects while taking them!

Since this is a company that was started in 2024 and there is no third-party testing to be found, Then there’s no way I can give this a high review and vouch for it being a good product and reliable. I can’t personally tell that it’s doing anything either.
Honestly, I would maybe be advised to purchase something a little more well-known and well tested/trusted.
