We’ve been taking this brand of Vitamin D since December of 2007. Prior to this, both my husband and I were very low on Vitamin D, established by blood tests. My husband had muscle tightness and cramping in his legs and had five muscle related injuries in the four years previous to beginning Vitamin D. The last time we bought the crutches instead of renting them, since it seemed like it was likely to happen again. He has never had any other muscle related injuries after beginning therapy with Vitamin D and is now a very active 72. Before Vitamin D, I had muscle pain in my back and chest and whenever I rolled over in bed, my groans would waken my husband. That pain was completely resolved after beginning Vitamin D. We both noticed improvement in our general muscle tone and less tendency to clumsiness. We felt more coordinated. We commonly walk a 6 mile trail near our house.
