As far as supplements go, I’ve really noticed the benefits of this one. Vitamin quality is good and there’s no aftertaste when swallowing.
The pills are not as sticky of soft gel like as other brands which I actually like more.
Would purchase again.

This Pslalae vitamin D3, 10000 Iu with K2, is excellent. I am deficient in D3, and my doctor said to add D3 with K2, which I did. A month in, and I am already feeling better.

It is also easy on the wallet and is excellent value for quality.

My primary care physician recommended that I take Vitamin D supplements because my blood work indicated that I was deficient in Vitamin D. I like that these mini soft gel pills are small and easy to swallow and the combination of Vitamin K2 is an added bonus since K2 helps the absorbency of Vitamin D. I experience no after taste or upset stomach after taking these soft gels. These soft gel vitamins have a higher dosage of Vitamin D than most over the counter ones and personally, I would not want to consume these pills daily — perhaps every other day or so. It’s difficult to review supplements to determine the efficacy of the product until you have bloodwork done and are able to compare before and after results. So I will be sure to take note of the results of my next bloodwork in three months and see the how my vitamin D levels have changed.

There is a lot to love here, starting with the fact that they are high potency and thus you don’t need more than one per day, giving you months of nutritional support. With 300 small softgels, which go down easy, you don’t have to worry about replenishing them any time soon. The sunflower oil helps them absorb and not cause any stomach discomfort, which is great in our family that has been riddled with gastrointestinal issues.
Rarely do you see any D3 supplements with the vitamin K2 added, so these are special. I love that you don’t have to take more than one per day and they are much smaller than my other regular capsules. They are also very natural and free of soy, gluten, peanut, dairy, and also are Non-GMO to boot! You can feel confident in using them or giving to loved ones. Plus they are made locally here in the USA. For the price you would normally pay for a one-month supply, you get around a 10-month supply, so the value is a blessing to the budget, especially for me. They are a great natural choice that most anyone would be fine in consuming, but as always, please get the ok from the doctor you see before purchasing. This is a pretty clean supplement. It’s GMO, soy and gluten free and quality assured. And there is writing that says for best results consult your physician, but I don’t think that is enough of a warning. Many people I know take more than the average dose of vitamin D. However, this has 10,000 IU of vitamin D. That’s up there and if you also have a diet with significant calcium, you could end up with kidney stones. So, I’m dinging them for that. I did a medical protocol with higher doses of vitamin D and my doctor checked my labs regularly and I also modified my diet to greatly reduce calcium. I just don’t think the average person buying these online is going to know to do those things!

I always look for D3 products that include K2 for getting the calcium from the blood to the bones. This one bottle is a ten month supply which is great, and the best news is only one pill to swallow!
The drawback to these is the sunflower oil as I try to avoid seed oils. Wish they used a different carrier oil, but it isn’t much so I am rolling with it. These didn’t cause any digestive upset for me.
