I really like this product for those wanting a usable high dose (1000 mg) of vitamin C. Large dose vitamin C is useless if your body cannot absorb and retain it. This product is focused on not only providing you with 1000 mg of vitamin C, but also making sure that your bloodstream and cells can absorb and retain it for over 24 hours (as clinically tested). While obviously difficult for consumers to verify, it is nice to see that this company recognizes the need to absorb & retain this high dosage in order for it to be useful and they have take steps to improve absorption and retention.
They also add plant lipids to avoid issues stomach irritation from the ascorbic acid (source of the vitamin C)
Looking forward to using this as an immunity booster this winter during cold and flu season (in additional to the ever-present COVID-19 virus).
60 capsules which is a 60 day supply at recommended 1 tablet per day. They are moderately large tablets (not capsules) so beware if you have issues swallowing tablets.
Expiration date is 33 months (almost 3 years) away so no worries about product expiring on me.

Nehme es 2-3x pro Woche. Die Wirkung ist spürbar. Keinerlei Verdauungsbeschwerden, wie manchmal üblich bei hochdosierten Vitamin C Produkten. Die Tabletten lassen sich leider nicht gut mit der Hand teilen (zu 2x 500 mg), da muss man etwas nachhelfen, indem man mit einem Messer anritzt. Alles in allem aber ein sehr gutes Produkt im Vitamin C Supplement.

I love that these are Vegan! They have a ton of Vitamin C (over 1000% of the minimum daily requirement).
The pills themselves are on the larger side, but they are scored so that you can break them in half if you want to only take 1/2 at a time.
I also love that you can take these with just water–no food required.
These are perfect for Covid and keeping colds and other flus at bay as we’re going into the winter. While I guess that no conclusive link has been demonstrated between Vitamin C and protection from Covid, at the very least you are keeping your immunity strong by preventing the common cold and other forms of the flu. Having another illness would make you more susceptible to Covid, if I understand the immune system correctly. Get plenty of sleep, keep the stress levels down, take whatever supplements that you can, and stay home whenever possible.
I’ve been taking these every day for a while now and have been feeling great.

It is difficult to write a review of very common vitamins like vitamin C, because even if you take it for a long time, it’s hard to know how effective it really is. You have no way to know if you would have caught a few more colds during the winter if you hadn’t been taking it, or if the colds you did get would have been more severe without the supplement.
My strategy is to try and buy quality products from companies I trust, or at least from places that should be reputable. These vitamin C tablets are developed and sold by Igennus Healthcare Nutrition, a company in Cambridge, England. I know there are many famous scientists from that part of the world, and much scientific research is done there. So I feel more comfortable taking these vitamins than I would if they were from some unknown place.
Supposedly this particular formulation of vitamin C is more easily absorbed by your body, so I am hoping it will be more effective than other brands of vitamin C I have taken in the past. These days, with COVID-19 still widespread around the world, you want to do anything you can to improve your immune system.

Good price, all things considered, I’m very happy with them and will continue to purchase. However these are not small tablets, they’re the larger thicker, lozenge shaped ones so if you struggle with these you might wish to seek out a smaller one.
