AMAZING! I suffer from severe anxiety and heart palpitations…sometimes so bad I can’t go to sleep at night. So I did a quick search on amazon and found these and I’m so thankful! My routine is to take them before bed..some people say not to take B vitamins before bed but this vitamin is special. I only take one (it’s wise to start off with one and see if that helps and if not then start taking two). I probably had dinner an hour or two prior and I’ll take one vitamin and roll over and go to sleep. This is the best sleep I’ve ever gotten ( a full 8 hours) and I wake up feeling refreshed and not tired. No heart palpitations at all. I believe these will also help with seasonal depression!

I’ve tried so many things for my stomach which I explain as being “off” from various things I eat. I call it a sour stomach. Sort of nauseous, but not enough to make me get sick, but it can last for a long time, even days before I seem to get back to normal. I’ve tried so many things and then somehow I stumbled on a recommendation to try vitamin b complex. I’ve tried a few different ones. The worst is the more common otc type which leads to incredibly yellow pee, sometimes real nausea, and almost diarrhea. Cheap stuff. This product doesn’t do any of those things so it seems to be better for the body overall.
In general I’ve noticed that my stomach issues are pretty much resolved. I rarely get my sour stomach, or if I do, it doesn’t last long.
I ran out recently and couldn’t find a replacement where I was at the time. So, I bought the cheap otc brand at target just to tide me over. My stomach issues returned. I ordered this when I got home and started taking it right away and my stomach is way better again.
For me, I’m going to swear that this product is aiding whatever my digestive issues are and I will continue to take it.
I know there are many other reasons people take vitamin b complex and perhaps I’m getting those benefits, too. Don’t know as I’m not paying attention.

Be prepared to have massive loud farts all day, nausea and upset stomach. I only took 1 pill instead of the recommended 2pills. I even took it with a meals. You get stinky burps too. You have been warned!

These are very good B supplements and have the right ingredients in them. Don’t hurt my stomach; I do take them when I eat. Will reorder. I have been ordering these for quite awhile and at one point I was having a problem with the safety seals. I am very happy to report that the matter as of today has been resolved! Thank you. Update: May 29, 2019 – The most recent order of these B+ contained some disturbing “capsules” filled with what I can only describe as a “pink capsule inside the outside clear capsule”. I did not find one, I found several. I contacted the company and was instructed to send them the bottle and the capsules, which I did. I was sent 2 bottles in return. However, I found another of these “pink capsules inside the outside capsule” and contacted the seller again, this time with no response. I believe that the company needs to improve their Quality Control as the first problem with the seals seems to have been fixed, but now this to me is worse. I did give the company a reasonable amount of time to respond about the current “pink capsule” and they didn’t.
Update: January 2021. I have not had any problems with these supplements. All the problems of the past have worked themselves out and I am extremely happy about that. I take 2 of these every day…sometimes I skip them for a couple of days and can feel the difference in how my body feels overall. I don’t skip them anymore. I take all my supplements everyday and these are especially awesome!

I need to tell you that this supplement be taken WITH MEAL OR AFTER MEAL. By doing so….you can avoid DIGESTIVE ISSUES, UPSET STOMACH….EVEN SENSITIVE STOMACH.
Dont take this suppllement ON EMPTY STOMACH BECAUSE EMPTY STOMACH PRODUCES LOTS OF ACID. …..
Naturally….this supplement need to be dissolved .
Better to take WITH MEAL OR 30 MINS AFTER MEAL…..
