I go to the gym 5x per week, and sometimes I don’t have time to make coffee for my early morning routines (and I HATE ice coffee). I thought I’d give these a try for several reasons: First, no sugar, which is something I try to always avoid in my everyday diet. Second, the caffeine context is right at my max daily intake – any time and I start to develop unpleasant side effects. On bottle has about as much caffeine as almost 3 cups of coffee – quite a lot honestly, but since I take it early in the morning, it doesn’t affect me later in the day and I don’t have issues sleeping.
A third thing, and one thing people don’t tend to pay attention to, is the dosage of vitamins, vitamin B in particular. I have seen AND TRIED some energy supplements that have 10,000% daily recommended amount of vitamin B – yes, I kid you not (I didn’t pay attention to it until it was too late). That is something not to be played with, as I was having neurological problems for a couple days due to the super-high dosages of B vitamins. This, THANKFULLY, has nothing more than 100% of your daily value, and I appreciate that as it makes these a much safer alternative. The other supplemental ingredients tend to make my skin a little flush, but nothing more – helps to get the blood pumping during my workout.
So honestly, I am impressed by, this energy supplement. The ingredients are not at all sketchy, though the caffeine can be a bit high for some, and for those I would recommend just taking half a bottle at a time. I’ve enjoyed them very much, they taste great, and will continue to use them during my early morning workout routine. Certainly helps getting out of bed in the frigid winter morning to go to the gym a heck of a lot easier! 😅 Five stars and highly recommended.

The flavor on these is similar to the ones I picked up at a local small box retailer. About what you would expect for an energy-shot drink. I’ve used this a few times and they seem to be very similar to the ones you get in the checkout section of a store. The flavor is not bad; however, not the best thing you ever tasted. Good but not great energy shot. The package was nice though and sits on my work desk for when I need a pick me up.

I’ve tried a bunch of these energy shots in my time and never have any of them tasted very good, this one is no exception, but it does work well! I think the taste is basically a very chemically taste that gives me goose bumps, but the energy it provides in the mornings is exactly what I need. Since it’s such a small amount, I use it like you would a shot and chase it with something better and it’s totally manageable. I’d recommend them if you just want something quick and I will also note that I personally think they taste better cold (though still not good).

These didn’t work for me, they didn’t do much of anything. Maybe they work better for someone who works out and keeps themselves active, maybe I’m too lazy to notice the “energy boost”. The flavor is okay, the bottles are very small (shot-sized, like the description says).
Loves Shopping –
The grape flavor from this brand is one of the better tasting of the flavors they offer. I’ve tried the Mango and Tropical Berry as well, but no matter which one you try you will always have the aftertaste of medicine in your mouth.
The best way to drink this is all at once in my opinion, don’t sip on it.
It says extra strength, but the ingredients are weaker than other flavors this brand offers.
Also since it is an energy drink, be aware it has as much caffeine as nearly 3 cups of coffee, so plan ahead if you are going to drink it.
The one main thing that most people don’t like to see are products that contain sucralose and unfortunately this product has it as part of the ingredients.

These energy shots are safety sealed, taste very good and give you a good energy boost. I like Rockstar energy drinks and these give about the same boost.
I like all of the ingredients (especially b-vitamins and caffeine), but there was one I had to look up because I hadn’t heard of it… citicoline. It is used in larger amounts to help with neurological processes and recovery from strokes. Interesting.
So, I didn’t have any complaints about what is packed in this little bottle and I think it’s a great alternative to the usual energy drinks, even if you don’t usually like grape flavor that much (like me). These taste good and have a nice zingy energy boost! Highly recommend!

Easily the best tasting energy shot I have had. Very strong grape flavor, only a small aftertaste but this is so much better than other energy shots that taste like medicine and have an awful lingering aftertaste. The energy boost is quite good, feels natural with no jitters or anything weird.
My only issue is the ingredient profile on the product page (at the time of reviewing this) does not line up with the ingredients on the actual product. A couple of the ingredients are different, such as no CoQ10 or Theanine but there is citicoline instead.
The citicoline is mainly where my issue is since I can’t take that too often or it messes with my sleep schedule as it builds up in my system, so I have to avoid drinking these every day.
Other than that, I do like these, and I can recommend them if choline supplements don’t bother you since it does taste great and has a nice energy boost.
