I like that this is sugar-free and has CoQ10. The flavor is off, it reminds me of baby aspirin. It’s not good, but I can deal with it. I can’t say I have more focus drinking these, but I’m able to push a bit more after drinking one. This is a decent value for the money. Third-party testing would be nice, but overall it’s an okay product .

I’m so sorry but all I could take was two sips; not enough to attest to any energy boosting attributes it might have, though certainly enough to know I could drink the whole bottle ONLY if it were required to save my life or the life of someone I love. I would not order this again.

My husband really enjoys energy drinks, coffee, or really any little “pick me up” he can have while he’s working. I, on the other hand, do not enjoy drinking entire cans of energy drinks as I don’t like the flavor. We’ve used other brands of energy shots before so we figured we’d give these a try. They taste very similar to other shots we’ve tried – not sure if it’s the caffeine or the B vitamins, but there’s a distinctive flavor. I’m not a huge fan of the taste, my husband doesn’t mind it as much. However, because it’s just a little shot and not an entire drink, they’re much easier to consume, IMO. These have quite a bit of caffeine, and then we first tried them it was in the afternoon – don’t do that if you’re sensitive to caffeine. They didn’t keep me from falling asleep, but my husband did have a harder time, and even though I fell asleep just fine, I did find myself not getting the most restful sleep. We’ve found only using them in the morning to be more beneficial to us, but ymmv. They have a good energizing effect and we can really tell the difference between when we take these and when we don’t. Also like that we can just throw one of these into a bag to take to work – no refrigeration necessary. If you’re looking for a boost, or if coffee just isn’t doing it for you, give these a try.

I like the idea of having shots of vitamin water. I had surgery in 2003 and I don’t absorb vitamins as well. Liquid shots make that much easier. Although the Caffeine is natural, it is just a bit too much for me. I am a coffee drinker so it would be one or the other. At 260 mg of caffeine in a shot, it’s like drinking a full pot of coffee. The best thing about that is you can cut back your coffee if you are drinking a pot. Get the best of both worlds by drinking the vitamins early but only drink a single cup of coffee or change to decaf. The flavor is strong for me so I mixed it with water and that worked well. I love the way it makes me feel. With the mix of energizing vitamins and a bit of caffeine, it keeps you moving.

This review is for Vitamin Energy Focus +, in berry flavor. This particular formula comes per-serving (1.93 fl oz bottle) with a 100% daily value of B6, B12, and Niacin (B3) as well as several amino acids, and CoQ10. It has no sugar, but does have sucralose, which I personally prefer over aspartame. The flavoring is fairly strong, and to my taste buds seems more like tart lemonade/berry mix (and is yellow in color) though I do enjoy it. I’ve found it’s also perfect to mix with cold water, to consume while bicycling or hiking etc. I’ve been using it in a 24 oz insulated flask with ice water, and it provides a very refreshing taste!
I normally drink 2-3 cups of coffee during the day, and this is a great alternative with extra benefits, especially when hiking etc. It does not need refrigeration, so can be carried in your backpack, gym bag, or purse etc. I’ve not discovered any negative effects, such as upset stomach, and it does give me a great overall boost, without jitters.
My order came with 48 bottles, arriving in four 12-pack boxes, and each bottle is well-sealed with tamper-proof shrink wrap. At the time of my order the asking price was ~$30, which in my opinion is excellent. So aside from the taste discrepancy (which is subjective) I highly recommend this product, and especially love that it is made in the USA. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My initial review was for the Berry Flavor. The company reached out and offered to send me a different flavor. So 5 stars for the customer service. I opted for the Mango, which had more favorable reviews. The new package arrived swiftly so I was able to test it out. The Mango is a very nice flavor. It has a little tartness similar to a semi-ripe mango, thus not overly sweet. Energy boost pre-workout was noticeable. So I am upgrading the review to a more favorable result. Great company to work with.

You can taste the artificial sweetener used in the bottle, it’s odd and not to my liking. I have a high caffeine tolerance, so one shot didn’t seem to do much for me… but it is quicker and is less to clean up over brewing coffee or making espresso. I tried diluting it with water and adding it to other flavored drinks to mask the taste, but man, I’m struggling with the odd taste and after taste.
