This powder is really fine and sweet when you put it on your tongue, although a teaspoon of it doesn’t seem to change the taste of your water. It helps to protect your urinary tract from bad bacteria. Also helps to increase the number of good bacteria in your intestines so you can protect both your gut and your urinary tract with one product. Definitely a plus!

Bought this to help with urinary health. Being someone prone to bladder infections and uti after surgery this was recommended as a safer way to avoid getting them with a diabetic safe product, so less risk to someone that could have that onset.
It’s slightly sweet and looks like sugar. It dissolves pretty well. Very similar to sugar.
Cold or hot it seemed to mix well into water.
Used it to replace cranberry juice as it’s supposed to be the beneficial part without all the high expense of pure no sugar added cranberry juice.
I thought I was having an infection just prior to starting the regimen and this cleaned up that feeling and it didn’t turn into an infection, which is a win in my book.
Have really enjoyed how well the product blends and the light sweetness works well in water or tea. I did however just take it when running liquids and not necessarily over a meal.. It’s a pretty small dose and I only took it once a day but you can take it up to 3 times a day according to instructions.
I’d recommend this product for anyone looking at a good uti avoidance regimen.

I bought this because my dog is prone to UTIs. This has worked after just 5 days from feeding it to her. She is 25 lbs and I gave her 1/4 tsp 4 times a day the first day, 3 times a day the second day, and two times a day for 3 more days. Now she is on 1/8 teaspoon twice a day for prevention. I based my dosage on the UTI Pets brand pets product instructions.

Stuff definitely works for UTIs, but don’t make the same mistake I did & immediately go for 1 teaspoon – I feel like s#@t right now and I took it two hours ago. The nausea is slowly disappearing, but it still feels like I’m trying to get over a (very mild) hangover. Start small & see how you feel, and work your way up. I’m sure looking up your own dosage information by pounds would be much easier & convenient, but I haven’t been able to find a website for that. I’m still rating it 5 stars, though, because there’s really nothing the company can do to alter the side effects – that’s just how the chemical affects your body.
Edit: It would probably help to describe how I know it works already after two hours – so far, I have had literally no weird discharge or discoloration, which is super promising. Also, eating saltine crackers made me feel better, so weirdly enough this is a little like treating a mild hangover. I learned my lesson.
Edit #2: It’s the day after and my UTI symptoms are significantly less noticable, with no weird discoloration in my stream. Also, I only took 1/2 tsp this morning & I’m not nauseous. Yay!
Edit #3: (last edit, I promise) It’s day 3, and this morning I took 1/2 a teaspoon as well. Now I know for sure it works because (warning, graphic/gross description ahead!) when I wiped after going to the bathroom, there was a tiny clot, about a cm long, that had redness/blood at the end of it & was completely white otherwise – the bacteria clearly stuck to the D-Mannose and clumped together. Also, no more pain or discoloration of any kind. 😀
