After suffering from almost debilitating sinus and migraine headaches nearly every day for a couple of months now, I started taking B12 Strips again. In the past 3 weeks or so since starting to take it, I have hardly had a headache. I would suggest that anyone with nagging, constant headaches have their B12 level checked. If it’s low, then this product may be just what helps you bring it back up to optimal range. An acquaintance of mine had similar results with another sublingual B12 product, although she is taking 5 times as much as I am (2000mcg/day). When I miss a day, and nearly always when I miss 2 days, I will get headaches again…wake up with them. So I am quite certain that it has to do with my B12 level.
In the past, when I was taking B12 Strips daily, I wasn’t having daily headaches either. But it wasn’t until I stopped for a while (because I needed to re-order) and then started taking them again that I correlated it with the fact that I wasn’t getting the headaches as long as I take it every day. My doctor did a blood test for B12 and found that I had a very high level…even after taking them for a few days. It’s worth a try to see if it makes a difference for you, too.
Keep in mind that this product also contains Vitamin B6 and folate. The combination of those with B12 helps to reduce the homocysteine level…which is a benefit for the cardiovascular system. Read about that online. Better yet, ask your doctor. He/she should be checking your homocysteine level whenever you have a physical. Most of us have to ASK our doctor to order that test.

The taste is like really strong cough medicine plus vitamin B. The strip immediately stuck to the top of my mouth and teeth and was challenging to get off. From there, it just got worse. These made me nauseas ALL day. I couldn’t eat anything until about 8 at night (after taking it at 7 am) and even then it was touch and go. There were other gastro related issues throughout the day but I’ll spare you the details. To top it all off – they are NOT returnable or refundable. I do not recommend this product or at the least, if you’re going to try it, get it from somewhere that allows returns if it makes you ill. Good luck!

These B12 strips literally saved my life. I had horrible adrenal fatigue and POTS, along with thyroid issues, hormone issues, etc. I was a vegetarian for 28 years and after my first pregnancy, my body shut down. The doctors didn’t know how to help. I was on thyroid medication, steroids, hormone replacement, beta blockers. I researched ALOT. I started wondering if my vegetarian lifestyle was ro blame, even if my doctors said it wasn’t. I saw a TED talk by Dr. Terry Wahls, a former vegetarian who developed MS and was wheelchair ridden, but healed herself with food including meat and organ meats.
I started taking these B12 strips and noticed my heart felt stronger with less palpitations. I slept better at night. I kept taking them and my POTS symptoms started to disappear. My thyroid even started working again and I had to stop taking my thyroid medication.
A warning, if you are severely deficient in B12 and you take these and your body starts to heal, you may find yourself depleted in potassium. If you are feeling like your blood pressure is elevated and you are having burning pains in your back and/or armpits, that could be potassium issues. I never tested low in potassium but was still having those issues so I started drinking a lot of coconut water and stopped taking b vitamins for a little while and the issue corrected itself. You can cut these strips into smaller pieces, and after my initial healing, I now only take about 1/16 of a strip at a time.
So thankful for this product, I really feel it helped saved my life. I did have to start eating meat again, which broke my heart, but my health depended on it and my kids need me around.

I have a B Vitamin deficiency and can’t swallow most pills. I researched several products before buying B12 Strips 2000mcg 30 Count
My sister and I are very sensitive to stimulants of any kind. We find over stimulation uncomfortable and some products keep us awake at night even if we take them early in the morning. I’ve been using these for about a week now and have found that although I’m alert from morning to night, I’ve been confusing alertness with not being able to sleep. This isn’t true, I’m just still alert when I am ready to sleep, these don’t effect my sleep as much as I thought.
I like these and the type of energy they give me. I am definitely more alert and my memory is better. I feel sharp and have more energy. I play purple place on my computer and my scores for memory are much better.
So I do recommend these and will continue to use them but I do try to make sure I take a full strip earlier in the day.
That said, they taste a bit strong when you first put them under your tongue, like a strong wintergreen. Almost a burning sensation. After a few seconds, you can taste the berry sweet flavor and that mixed with your saliva is what you swish around your mouth but especially under your tongue.
1 strip measures around 1 1/4 inches by slightly less than one inch. I have a small mouth but they dissolve quickly so the size isn’t an issue for long.

I was ordering Folic acid separately so this saves me some money The side of the package says B12 Deficiency may cause Fatigue (had that), Depression (yes, especially in winter), Poor Memory (yes), Neurological Symptoms (don’t know what those are), High Homocystiene levels (haven’t had those measured lately but they have been high), and Poor Circulation (my left foot is warmer when I take these.I’m hoping the right foot will follow suit)
