Pros: Get calcium, D3, K7 all in one, and B12 as a side benefit.
Cons: The label doesn’t indicate type of K2 MK7 (cis or trans), so I have to take a trans menaquinone-7 supplement along with it. It can make a difference whether the calcium ends up in the right place. Also these don’t seem to be coated and since their big it’s like swallowing a quarter stick of chalk… they can get stuck in your throat.

As I get older, I need to be sure I’m getting the nutrients I need from food or other sources. These supplements help ensure that I’m hitting my levels. These provide calcium, D3, K2, and B12. Simple.
I’m sure there are tons of other companies that sell these but you get 365 capsules for a good price. Sold.
Please note that these pills are large. I fill my mouth with water, lift my chin up, and swallow.

The bottle is really big! Great Value. You get 365 capsules (a 6-month supply) for a good price. These provide good proportions of Calcium, D3, K2, and B12. The tablets are a little big, but not too hard to swallow with water.

I have no trouble swallowing large tablets, and can swallow a whole handful at once usually. These are very difficult to swallow because there’s no coating, or at least not an effective one. I usually use calcium supplements that are the same size and can take two with the rest of the handful of tablets and capsules, but these stick in my throat even when I take one at a time. I’ll finish this bottle but will go back to my usual brand. (As a pharmacist, I also need to caution those that take warfarin that these have vitamin K in them, which isn’t bad inherently, but be sure to visit your clinic to have INRs checked more frequently while you’re starting these.)

First off, they are made in USA. My number 1 requirement for any supplement I am going to injest. I have been taking calcium for years to combat osteoperosis in aging. So far so good. This supplement has the added D3 and K2 which aid in the absorption of calcium. The pills are large, but easy to swallow, no aftertaste and no side effects. The bottle contains 365 pills, so will last me a full year as I take 1/day. Good value.

So this ginormous bottle arrives, containing what would be a half year supply if you take the recommended dosage on the bottle! It’s got plenty of calcium, and it also has the things you want in a supplement to help you absorb that calcium, like vitamin D and a substantial dose of B12. I haven’t seen that many calcium supplements with B12, so I would say this could be a particularly good one if you are vegetarian or vegan or just in general don’t consume a lot of animal protein. It’s also got K2, which is important for a variety of reasons, and particularly because it helps the calcium deposit where you want it, in your bones and teeth, and not where you don’t want it, like in your arteries or heart.
It’s made in a GMP facility, which is what I like to see, and it’s manufactured in the United States. The only thing it’s missing is it does not appear to be third-party tested, and for that reason I knocked off one star. I really wish it were third-party tested, then I would consider it nearly perfect. Even so, this is a potent combination of supplements for bone health (and general health!), and where are you going to find a six-month supply of anything like that for $20? Wow! So I would say, get it!
