Do not use with foods, or you just waste it.
I wonder if my brain function is a bit better, two months later.
Noticed better energy after 3 weeks or so. (Real or placebo?)

This product has no value as it performs the same as taking nothing.
According to Capsuline, a capsule manufacturer:

release properties within the film of the whole capsule. Instead, they simply coat the outside of the
capsule with materials that can also affect the capsule’s performance and safety.
Studies have demonstrated that 40% of the coated capsules tend to separate during disintegration
tests (i.e., the cap separates from the body). This makes the claim of delayed-release worthless
because this separation exposes the filling material to the stomach’s acid media.

Enteric coated which is important for optimal absorption of serrapeptase. Amazon’s guidelines won’t let me tell of the personal benefits I have experienced from taking it.

Just started taking this after doing some research on serrapeptase. This was the cheapest I could find with a high potency. Been taking for over a week now and I can’t say I’ve seen any great change in my body. I still have my neck pains. I’ve read that it can cause stomach issues but I can’t relate. I take two capsules first thing in the morning with LOTS of water then have breakfast after an hour or so. Maybe it’s all fillers IDK
