The Vitamatic magnesium tablets were ordered for my daily use of supplements.
I have been taking magnesium capsules and am always on the lookout for a brand of supplement at a reasonable price. This supplement carries a decent price. The bottle has 90 capsules, and each serving is 400 mg of magnesium. In addition, the product has some B6 included in the capsule.
I have been advised to take a magnesium supplement by my medical professional. I don’t have the professional expertise to comment on the quality of any magnesium product. However, I do know that the capsule is easy to take. This capsule is definitely smaller than the typical “horse pill”, and thus is easy to take with a liquid.
BOTTOM LINE: I like this magnesium product and the size of the tablet. I would definitely order this tablet again.

Was specifically looking for this type of magnesium. This year, I’m putting an emphasis on cardio health as a prevention.
The subject of magnesium and the various types and how they work specifically is very interesting. I encourage you to take a little time to investigate for yourself. You may find the piece of the health puzzle you need.
This is a company brand who’s products I regularly use on a daily basis.
The added B6 in this product is an example of why I turn to this brand first when looking for something specific. Their supplement products are targeted and specific. With thoughtful additions made without adding anything unnecessary.
Also, this brand has a large number of supplement products with only one ingredient. A single ingredient supplement is very convenient for customizing a personal daily routine.
Their products are USA manufactured. USA manufacturing is very important to me. Globally sourced ingredients are to be expected due to growing conditions and indigenous origins. Because of the requirements of USA manufacturing, I can extend my trust as well as the sourced ingredients.

I love the effects of magnesium especially when taken before bedtime. These pills go down easy with no aftertaste and give me no unwanted side effects.

And, so far, does what it says it does.
The good:
– Magnesium is a vital mineral our bodies need for multiple things. I am taking it for promoting good sleep and joint health, but it has several other benefits to health and body.
– B6 is added for absorption. The problem with supplements is not obtaining them or taking a high enough dose but getting the body to absorb them. It doesn’t matter how much of a good thing you take if your body doesn’t absorb it. The addition of B6 tells me that the formulation was well thought out.
– No unnecessary or unhealthy additives. I don’t see anything bad added to these capsules. I like that.
– The price is nice. I like to boost my health without breaking the bank.
The bad: Nothing so far. I have been taking it before bed daily, and it has been working great. I am happy with the product. No problems whatsoever.
