    I have been using lactase pills for the last 5ys. I know exactly how much i need to take with my dairy. Prior to this purchase, I had been using the Walmart brand lactase pills. Each pill has 9000fcc lactase units. This is the same amount that this purports to have in each pill. This is a lie. When i eat yogurt, i need to take two pills. When i take two of these pills i experience the telltale signs of lactose intolerance. I get gas and bloating. I have not tried increasing the dose of these. I will probably try that. But if the label says 9000 fcc units i expect this much to be in the pills!

    Seems to work. Tablets seem larger than needful, especially when you are to take 3 at a time. Like many other brands, seems to include filler so you feel like you are getting a good value.

    For those people who have trouble swallowing pills, these smaller pills are great. They work well and do a great job of helping to metabolize dairy products without the side effects of lactose intolerance.

    It is hard for me to eat/drink any cow’s milk. With just one of these tablets I can. Many other products need you to use more than just one tablet to make it easier to digest.

    I like than you only have to take one pill vs 3. Taking one of these 9000 FCC works just as well as taking 3 Lactaid tablets.
