This is definitely iron. I can tell you that because of the fragrance!😂 You don’t smell the fragrance of it typically when you take it out of the bottle, put it with your other supplements and take it. However, the very first time I took it, I placed a pill in my hand, got sidetracked and walked around with it several minutes until my hand got a bit sweaty. I smelled my hand and it smelled like a rusty nail!🤣 But iron is great for us! Important for the human body. And I looked it up before ordering the Ferrous Gluconate here and it is a Great Form of iron for us!🤩
I’m very happy with the dosage having looked up the research behind the most effective quantities of Ferrous Gluconate to take and this is spot on. From one pill you get 38mg and that 38mg is from 324 milligrams of dried Ferrous Gluconate So, it makes me feel that the makers know what they’re doing.
I like that you only have to take 1 pill to get the 211% of RDA.
I have had this iron on an empty stomach and with food. I have had no issues whatsoever.
I think that it’s well worth the price.

I had been feeling like crap for awhile…got some bloodwork done and lo and behold my iron levels were nearly nonexistent! Cue: my ordering an iron supplement on Amazon. This one has been working great for me – the tablets aren’t too big or gross like many other iron supps (aka they don’t make me gag or taste like metal) and each one has over 200% of your daily value for iron, along with vitamin C which helps with iron absorption. I’ve been on these for about three weeks now and definitely feel my energy levels returning to normal – highly recommend.

I’ve been buying Ferrous Gluconate for a couple of years since my insurance nonlonger covers it. I have never purchased this brand but according to the lab, I’m sure it’s equivalent to what I have been purchasing.
