First and always consult your doctor before taking anything. I have to say after trying many Sawpalmetto supplements, this particular combination ( with pumpking seeds) have helped incredibly. 1/2 the night trips to the bathroom, outstanding sex drive etc. ( you know what I mean), overall all disconforts gone. However,( I know, there is always a “but”), I do take 2-3 in the morning and 2-3 in the afternoon. If All feels great I will still do at least 2 Morning and 2 in the afternoon.

Effect: I cannot tell a difference. I’ve been using them for 2 weeks in addition to my multivitamin and although I’ve read all the data supporting pumpkin seed health, which is why I ordered these, but really cannot see or feel the benefits.
