Review of “Vitalitown Zinc 50 mg, Zinc Picolinate, Zinc Gluconate, 240 Veggie Capsules”
It’s winter and everyone in the house is catching something. I was running out of zinc so I bought this bottle. It has two forms of zinc the picolinate and gluconate. The bottle came with a heat shrink seal around the cap and another puncture seal when you take the cap off.
The pills are easy to swallow and don’t have a weird taste or smell. The pills are little clear capsules and you can a little white powder in them (see picture). It’s Jan 2025 and this bottle expires in Oct 2025 so I’ve 1 year and 10 months to go thru this bottle, in other words I got plenty of time. The bottle says made in the USA with world globally sourced ingredients.

My husband and I love this product. You only have to take 1 per day so a bottle lasts us both 1 month. The veggies capsules are easy to swallow with 0 after taste. It’s gentle on the stomach too, we have had no issues!

The combination of Zinc Picolinate and Zinc Gluconate is a nice touch, as I prefer these forms of zinc over others. The veggie capsules are easy to swallow, and I appreciate that they don’t contain Zinc Oxide, which I’ve read can be less effective. Since taking it, I’ve noticed a slight improvement in my skin and overall immunity. The 120-count bottle offers great value for the price. My only minor issue is that the capsules are a bit larger than I expected, which may be a concern for some people. Otherwise, it’s a solid zinc supplement that I would recommend.

Nature’s bounty zinc hurt and upset my stomach, I had to split them into two for a 25mg dose. My stomach is not upset taking the full dose of this brand at all.
