This is a review of the 3 pack of Vital Vitamins Biotin Complex. The capsules are of average size for a supplement and contain a nice combination of Vitamins A, C, and E, folic acid, biotin, zinc and copper. They also include MSM, Hyaluronic Acid and Bovine Collagen. The three pack represents a good value, as it is a three month supply. it is also convenient to have all these ingredients in one capsule. Made in the USA with domestic and imported ingredients. Excellent use by date of 08/2027.

I completely agree with the product description for this Vital Vitamins Biotin Complex on Amazon except, as of October 2024, the description says these are pills and they are actually capsules (just as shown int he product picture).
Why take a mega dose of biotin that simply gets flushed out of the body? The 5 mg (5000 mcg) of biotin in this Vital Vitamins Biotin Complex is more than enough. That said, I will still need to take my collagen / hyaluronic supplement as the 100mg of each in this product is relatively low. The collagen is bovine (from cows), so this is not a vegetarian product.
Taking biotin with extra skin loving supplements has really made a difference in my skin, hair, and nails – with reduced joint pain. I expect this Vital Vitamins Biotin Complex will continue to support these results and will update this review if that is not the case. It’s too early to report results as I just started to us this supplement and it is replacing a similar supplement in the form of gummies (I’m moving back to capsules to reduce my sugar / sweetener intake).
The quality seems good with the made in USA in a GMP facility product description. The type of vitamins is clearly labeled, such as the vitamin A is in the preferred form of beta carotene. Love that everything shown in the product description is exactly what I received. Bravo!

I’ve been needing some biotin but I was also in need of a higher dose of vitamin A and this has both!
I ordered this because its labeled as made in the US, non gmo and has minimal fillers. I like that there are other necessary nutrients in it along with the biotin. I’ve taken it for a few days and have had no adverse affects. I will update if anything changes. So far so good

I’m always hesitant to purchase supplements or food products from Amazon because of quality uncertainties. I decided to try this biotin supplement due to being made in the USA (with some imported ingredients) but I feel safe taking them. They are capsules and are uniform and equally filled fully. I’m anticipating strengthened and increased nail and hair growth and improved skin.

I like the effects of Biotin hair, skin, and nails. This particular version comes in pills containing 5000 mcg per dose. However, the suggested dosage for Biotin is twice that, so you must double your intake each day. Since they provide 3 bottles, taking two pills instead of 1 really isn’t a big deal. However, you can see on the product page how much each pill will cost- (the “count” listing) so you can compare this with others to see if you feel its a good deal.

I am reviewing the Vital Vitamins Biotin Complex Pills for supporting your Hair, Skin, and Nails. Serving size is 2 capsules and there are 30 servings and 60 capsules in the bottle. First impressions are good, they are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. I like that they are made in the USA and Manufactured in a GMP-registered facility. Time will tell if these work for me and I am hopeful to see real improvement over time.

I’ve been looking for a more complete hair, skin, and nails supplement like this one because it offers all the ingredients I’m looking for in a 2 capsule serving, rather than having to combine a bunch of different supplements. These are a pretty good value for a great source of biotin. The capsules themselves are a bit larger than standard but I did not have any issue taking them. There are fun little pinkish specks in the mix and while I have no idea which ingredient they are they definitely up the fun factor compared to your traditional boring biotin. Contains an assortment of other vitamins and such that promote hair and nail growth.
