I got the Strawberry Lemonade for $21.59 before tax.
First impressions disappoint because when I open the container it was about half full. I knew it wasn’t going to be topped off but other photos and reviews people said it should have been about 2/3s full.
Mixed a scoop into warm glass of water to help dissolve the powder before adding ice. It smells good but it’s 100% a dirty pink looking color vs the pretty pink lemonade color of the add.
Smell – smells like Strawberry Lemonade 🍓
1st tast. It’s got that undertone of wanting to be Strawberry Lemonade but it’s not. It doesn’t tast great but it’s not horrible. Not something I want to sip on- more of a shoot it kinda tast and feel to it. Makes the water feel kinda slime-ish a little. Unsure how to describe it… over all its a shoot it kinda of drink not a sit and sip.
I give a 3 star because presentation of lake of products for how big the bottle is and lake of color to what is advertised. Task 3 out of 5. It’s ok not great.
I will update when I finish the container to write if I feel or look any different.

So I usually use a different product (garden of life)but I wanted to try this one out because it is well known and had a little higher level of collagen then the one I take. So you need 2 scoops which means the product only last half the time as other products with same amount. When opening container smells really good however when you put it in the hot tea it didn’t dissolve as easy even though water was really hot and had a funky smell after mixing it. After finally getting it mixed I took a sip and was SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED😩🤮it was awful. I’m ok with it not being sweet but it just had a funky taste like the smell. And I put it in the same tea that I usually mix my collagen powder in and the same flavor of collagen to get an accurate comparison. I can’t even finish 1 cup. I have to go and rush order my other stuff because I can’t drink this it was a waste of money. I wish I knew somebody that drank it to give it to because I will not. Maybe it would be ok mixed in a smoothie or something but to drink in tea which I like to do in morning is a definite no can do.

Please bring back the Tropical Hibiscus beauty collagen! It is the best, but it is never available. These have helped my dry itchy skin better than any lotion or cream that I have ever tried. I also like that the beauty collagen mixes have lots of amino acids in them that are not listed in the other collagen mixes, so I really hope that these are not being discontinued or something, but all of the beauty collagen ones are getting harder to find & I’m really disappointed as they are my favorite. I have tried the other plain collagen mixes & they are just not as good as the beauty ones.

i only gave 4 stars because I cannot speak to how well it works yet but I noticed a lot about taste and ability to dissolve. I first tried in hot tea and it made it a really weird texture and tasted awful, I could barely choke it down. I changed my strategy and decided to mix it with something that has a strong flavor that would compliment it. I mixed 1 scoop with a Country Time pink lemonade packet about about 16 oz of water then shake it up really good (it foams) them add some ice and let it sit. The taste is good and it makes a nice summer drink! I have one in the morning and one in the evening to get my 2 scoops. I use an aluminum water bottle with a straw so I can’t see it but no clumps that I can tell.

This is a nice collagen but the taste is very unusual. I was expecting a fruity flavor but it just smells like the flavor, it taste like soap and water. I mix it in with my morning smoothie. The smell though is very over powering even if you mix it with any other liquid. I know it says mix with water, but seriously it’s gross. It is also hard to mix, it does get clumpy but it will go away after a min or two of mixing or shaking in a shaker bottle. Don’t recommend a shaker bottle becase it foams alot. But hey its up to you. Makes the taste ten times worse. But other then that its good.

I LOVE this stuff!! It works wonders on my skin, hair, and nails. People ask me all the time if I had fillers put in my cheeks and what other cosmetic treatments have I had. The answer is NONE. It’s this product, but you must take it daily in order to get the best results. I live and breathe by this concoction and won’t use anything else to keep my hair thick, nails strong, and skin glowing and reverse aging. People who don’t know me think I’m 25 years younger than I am! And people who do know me are utterly shocked when they see how my skin is kept so much more youthful. I’ve even been getting asked out by young guys in their 20s. Hee hee, my secret to staying and looking young. (P.S. in keeping it real, I have never looked my age before and this product just helps me to look that much better and youthful. It might be my genetics since I do look younger for my age, but I do think this product helps a lot. Even one of my doctors remarked about how great my skin looks since last year.)
