This was recommended to me by my doctor, and I haven’t been disappointed. I bought it for the high DHA content (1500 if you take 3 gelcaps a day). There’s no fishy “repeat”–even with a gelcap it has a lemon flavor. Good stuff!

Based on the fish oil options I’ve found, these were the best value considering concentration, quantity, quality, price, etc. I was a little surprised about how big they are. I guess that’s how you get a higher dose…more oil in a larger capsule. Of course, that makes perfect sense logically, I was just surprised when I opened the bottle for the first time. I have an esophageal disorder called EoE (for short) and I thought I’d have a hard time swallowing these pills, but honestly I haven’t really had any issues. I will reorder these. That is of course, unless I find a better value.
