Vitafusion women’s multivitamin gummies come in a delicious berry flavor. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. It has all of the vitamins, plus B-6 & B-12, that I need to supplement my food. And it just so happens that this is America’s #1 gummy vitamin brand. I just started this vitamin regimen so I have yet to see how well it helps my nails and hair growth. And the only tiny bit of negativity that I can say with these vitamins is that when you smell the gummies in the bottle, they smell a little like mushy fruit.
