These vitamins taste good and easy to chew. The only thing I don’t like is they are covered in little crystals that resemble sugar and if not careful, they get all over the place. I like the Costco ones a bit better.

They’re basically vitamin-enriched fruit pastilles.
The good part of that is that you don’t have to force them down.
The bad part is that you have to remind yourself that even vitamins can be bad for you if you consume several thousand percent of your RDA.
