Ths item was order December 30 and delivery on January 3. I received this item wet damage. Because of this item being wet it will not stick to the skin. This item was damaged wear it was packed, because this was the only item in the box wet. Not sure why this item can’t be return.

I have a stomach condition that keeps me from absorbing nutrients in food so I need to supplement many of them. I bought these because iron supplements irritate my stomach and I hoped these would give me the iron and skip the stomach irritation I switched over and wore them as instructed. Within a few days I started feeling weak, heart racing, cold and nausea ( typical low iron symptoms. I went back to my pill and started feeling better about 8 hours later. Maybe doubling up on them would help but I’ll stick to pills.

I find Viory iron patches to be a very good alternative for boosting iron without taking pills. They are very easy to use – just apply them to your skin. I appreciate that they are natural and do not come with the side effects of traditional iron supplements. Overall, I recommend them if you’re trying to raise your iron levels and want to avoid pills.

I tend to get low iron thanks to PCOS and these patches seemed to have helped with this struggle! I haven’t had my blood drawn since starting the patches but I do see a slight change in energy and my typical craving for red meat is lessened, so I am confident my levels are where they should be. Additionally, the patches are comfortable to wear and are comfortable to peel off, while also not so easy to take off that they come off on their own. Definitely give them a try if you need a little boost like I do!
