This is very deceptive. The description said I would get 45 cough drops. I received an 18 pack. The picture and the description do not match. If there are only 18 cough shops, it should be much less money.

I never a smoker of any type but I have a chronic dry sore throat without cough, which is why I keep multiple bags of drops by various manufacturers on hand. VICKS VapoCOOL Max Strength Fast Relief honey lemon drops is the worst medicated drops I have every tried. It does not sooth as the package shows. Instead, it tastes very strong menthol flavor with a “nasty” taste. I tried again and again over several days but always ended up spitting it out into a trash can within a minute in mouth.
