I use this spray when I’m severely congested and when I get a massage. Having your head in the massage table headrest clogs up my sinuses. I spray this in my nose before I get on the massage table and it works like magic! Probably an “unauthorized use” of the spray, but it works!

I usually buy the original sinex severe ultra fine mist. It’s the only thing that works for me.
On a whim (and a sale price), I bought this instead.
The “flavor” is very similar to the original, but slightly different. I may actually prefer it.
And it works just as well as the original!

I would say you can tell the difference in product. I like the moisturizer formula way better as it has no smell or taste. The original has menthol notes and I am not a huge fan.. the original also dries out my nose more and causes it to itch. I use it everyday as I have horrendous sinus issues! But I do try to keep it to only 2 x per day if I can stand it! I am not a good mouth breather! It’s not addicting in a sense but you do have to keep using it, in order to keep your nose clear! I do not like anything in plastic as you can taste it. The glass is by far superior! The mist comes out perfect until you get to the last drops.. it’s getting harder and harder to find in stores and online unless you want to pay too much! The cheapest I have ever gotten is $8.75. I try to keep it stocked up because the bs Covid crap is over 2 plus years of delays and supply chain jibberish. I have been using it for several years and have never had it effect my blood pressure but my Dr. has mentioned I should keep watch just in case. I am getting older and with that your blood has a tougher time pumping. I gave it 4 stars for moisturizing because it doesn’t quite keep it moist but it doesn’t dry it.. I gave it 5 stars for easy to use, cause you just turn the cap off and pump 2 pumps each side. 4 stars for flavor, it does cause a little salty taste in the back of your throat. If you are able, lay down after you do the 2 sprays per nostril, it helps the med take affect faster and reduces the chances of it dripping down your face.
