I was very skeptical, but also desperate to help a family member with crippling anxiety and depression. He’s tried every medicine on the planet without only very minor benefits. He noticed an immediate difference within one day of starting this. He had no side effects from it (other than residual sticky residue). He applies it before bed because it also helps him relax and fall asleep, and the positive effects seem to last throughout the next day. He is a big guy, but one patch is enough. (A smaller person might start with half a patch.) They can be a little tough to get off the paper, but well worth it. I have personally observed him to be consistently less anxious, irritable and sad since starting these. I am quite sure this is not just a placebo effect. He immediately bought 4 more boxes and uses a patch everyday. Best of luck if you’re suffering from anxiety. (#NAMI) These are well worth a try!

Before I discovered these patches, I was taking prescription anxiety medication, Melatonin and a PM pain reliever to go to sleep, which only worked about 50% of the time and left me feeling horrible and tired the next day. I also suffered from debilitating nighttime anxiety. I was EXTREMELY skeptical about this product, but on a particularly bad night I relented and out on a patch that my spouse gave me. Within 20 minutes, my anxiety significantly decreased and I found that I was able to go to sleep with more ease. I now apply one patch around 9:00 pm, generally do not have a nighttime panic attack (which I did for decades), and I was able to drop the prescription med from regular use. As a result, I sleep better and have more energy the next day. I now tell everyone about these patches! The only thing that so would change is the adhesive. It is very difficult to remove from my skin after taking off the patch. It’s a small inconvenience when compared to the benefits from using the patch! People have mentioned that they think the patches are overpriced. I think that paying $1 a day to reduce my anxiety and improve my sleep is a bargain!

My skin had a reaction to the glue that makes these patches adhesive. After removing the patch I would be left with an irritated red square on my skin. I also didn’t notice any benefits from them. I have bad anxiety and they didn’t help.

These patches really work. I am relaxed, calm and in a good mood when wearing a patch. The herbs used here have science backed studies to show they do indeed calm our brain. I put one on after dinner and I have a peaceful joyful night. I also get a nice restful sleep.

Patches worked for, was able to control my anxiety and eating. Got to my 3rd strip of patches and they are stuck to the paper, can’t get the paper off the backing of the patches to use. Tried all the other strips and the rest of the box is not usable so I only got to use maybe half the packet.
