I have been buying Vichy since I lived in Europe for a year in 22-23. I was happy to find it here. First couple of times I ordered it here, it smelled the sameas it did in Europe. However, this quantity has a smell that is off. Texture is off as well. Seems strange that the original packaging is no longer available, which leads me to believe that it’s a cheap substitute. It was non-returnable for me. Now I see it is.

I have always used gentle exfoliating and cleanser products and was very skeptical to try this but I am pleasantly surprised. This cleanser is very gentle on the skin and smells good. It lathers well and a little goes a long way. It does remove makeup effectively and I used it to clean my eye makeup as well. It did not irritate my skin nor dry it like many others and left my skin soft and hydrated. It gives a pure clean feel to the skin and the blue product in the clear bottle is very pleasant and soothing to look at.
