Compré estas pastillas con la esperanza de aumentar mi apetito, según las indicaciones y algunas opiniones que leí es muy bueno. En mi opinión no me sirvió, desde la primera cápsula me dio dolor de estómago, inflamación y gases! Fue cómo si el estómago me iba a explotar me sentía llena, no me daba ni ganas de comer porque sentía sensación de pesadez y asta ganas de vomitar, esperé dos días y intenté nuevamente me tome otra pastilla, según las indicaciones que el frasco trae pero yo solo tomé una porque es primera vez que probaba algo así y me dio los mismo efectos. No entiendo porque? Mi frustración fue tanta que terminé tirando todas las cápsulas a la basura. Definitivamente una mala experiencia. Y lo peor de todo que se supone son naturales y están super caras.

This product will have you eating in no time! It truly works! I was hesitant to try it because the last product I used, from a different brand, didn’t work as well for me. But this one works like a charm! You won’t regret buying it! I take two capsules before eating, and I recommend taking them 20-30 minutes before your meal. You’ll definitely finish your plate without even noticing it. I’m so glad I found this! I’ve noticed my appetite has increased a lot; I’m always wanting to eat more and snacking a lot at night. 1-7-2025……. It didn’t give me the instant hunger that I was looking for, or getting from my syrup. It didn’t really do what I needed it to do but definitely give it a try for yourself.

Love this. I have been trying to gain weight for some time, and other weight gainers I’ve tried have made me SO tired. But this is great! I have one pill about an hour before I intend to eat, and by the time my food is ready I’m starving. Allows me to eat much more!

I was really nervous to take pre-workout because I don’t drink a lot of caffeine and have heard some horror stories about the side effects of pre-workout. I was warned that the caffeine could induce panic attacks, if you are prone to them like me, make you nauseous, and can cause a tingling sensation on the skin. Luckily none of these happened to me. I don’t drink caffeine besides a cup of tea in the morning so the first time I took this I was quite shocked by the jolt of energy it gave me. I found that I only need one scoop and I need to take it 30 min before my workout. For me one scoop last about an hour and gives me plenty of energy though I need to work out for that whole hour to avoid my heart from racing. I also found I need to eat a meal beforehand so I don’t get nauseous. I only use it when I plan a full workout since the caffeine will probably be addictive and I don’t want to rely on this to function.
As for the flavor, honestly, it’s not my favorite but I drink it watered down. It is so sweet I feel like I am drinking a jolly rancher. Also, it never fully dissolves. You only need 8oz of water for one serving though so it’s not like it takes forever to drink.

After 5 days I already gained 5lbs. It does increase my appetite. How I take it? I eat some food first then I take the pill and I drink a lot of liquid just in case I’m upset my stomach but it doesn’t. The first time I tried it my stomach did hurt because I didn’t drink a lot of liquid with the pill. I don’t take two at a time. Just one for breakfast and the other for dinner.

Everyone body is different. This didn’t increase my appetite at all. I work in a restaurant and I’m constantly moving and go all day without eating. I took this constantly for a month and I didn’t see any changes.
