This mega powerful formula has all the herbs and supplements I take on the daily, and then some. The organic blend of ingredients are every bit impressive individually, as they are combined. I usually take each one in its herbal, gel or tea form, but having all of these premium ingredients in a pill form makes it super easy to stay on my regime while traveling or away on short visits away from home.
I stagger my supplements throughout the day, so I was a little concerned about consuming all at once in such a high strength and potency. I figured it would be best to test at home, as opposed to being on a plane or road trip. It’s been about 5 days now and so far no upset stomach, headache, dehydration, etc.… I do however, have more energy, yayyy! The pills are also not as gigantic as one would think, and are easy to swallow. A great value and convenience.

The benefits of taking these is so many great ingredients into 1.recommendations is 2 per day so this will last a month. Price is reasonable. Great for what is intended and functionality.

I had to break one outer seal and one inner seal before I could open the bottle. The capsule doesn’t smell strong, which is a relief for me because I’m sensitive to strong odors in supplements. Even though it’s packed with lots of different ingredients, the capsule is standard-sized, and I can swallow it without any difficulty. In fact, the supplement is a blend of mainly plant-based ingredients, with sea moss as the main ingredient, of course.
Despite the high number of ingredients, I didn’t find anything in it that seems experimental or harmful as far as I can tell. It includes well-known ingredients like black seed, ashwagandha, turmeric, bladderwrack, burdock, apple cider vinegar, elderberry, ginger, and black pepper. All of these are ingredients I know and consider beneficial for my health. Plus, it has the RDI of both vitamin D3 and vitamin C in just one serving.

Digestively, I haven’t observed much difference in terms of bloating or regularity, so the Ginger might not be making a noticeable impact either.
Despite these areas where I haven’t seen significant benefits, I still believe this supplement is contributing to my overall well-being. The blend of Sea Moss and other minerals ensures that I’m getting a broad spectrum of nutrients that might not be fully covered by my diet. The convenience of having all these ingredients in one capsule is a big plus, making it easy to stick to a consistent supplement routine.

I got this supplement because of the large variety of healthy elements offered and have to say after 2-3 weeks I felt a bit more energy overall. It’s hard to tell if it’s caused by this or not, but I would say it’s very possible. One way or another, great ingredients, no side effects – all good. I would say give it a try and see it it works for you.
