I suggest, before you treat your pet, please have them seen by qualified Vet if they have ongoing UTI. UTI in a cat can be deadly and nothing to experiment with with products such as these. A cat can be in renal failure, bladder stones, crystals etc…
My cat had struvite crystals and a complete blockage about 2 years ago which with the help of my vet, we cleared up changing his diet for the time being Royal Canin S/O. After my cat was diagnosed 2 months ago with stressed induced cystitis (diagnosed by vet), in combination with Feliway and Wellness Complete Health canned food, I am using this product as well. I was buying from a local pet store which sells this for $11 but am able to find cheaper online. The product seems to work very well and I am pleased. I give my cat (Jeter), 2 tablets daily, once in the morning and once at night. I don’t have to mix in the food, he eats it as is. However, the ability to crumble the tablets from bottle to bottle is a bit of a mystery. The first bottle I ever purchased, I was able to quarter it with my own fingers. The next bottle I received the tablet was hard like a rock and I had to use a rather large knife (butcher) to break it apart, on a towel actually banging on the knife to split it. The product is very good but I will give “four” stars due to the inconsistency of breaking the tablet apart.
Someone also brought up a concern on some of the ingredients are not good for long term, which concerns me so “all natural” does not mean no side effects and to give liberally. I personally would not give more than 2 tablets daily. If you have to do this, please see your Vet. I think a better diet (high quality cat food), well hydrated cat should help an otherwise healthy cat. If your cat has struvite crystals, I would not depend on this product to cure this. Please see your vet and don’t “forum diagnose” your cat. Not everything is cured with a pill but again, a supplement can help an otherwise healthy cat.
Cat’s with UTI, stay away from dry cat food. That will be part of the battle won.

I am sitting firmly on the fence on this one. Our cat with the urinary problem is slowly improving we think. Whether that is due to the special food we buy or the tablets or a bit of both I have no way of telling. I have to crush them and mix with a little soft food and even then she is fussy about eating them. Sorry not much help I suppose but I do believe in herbal and homeopathic remedies and hope that this is having the desired effect.

Our cat was acting strange and making howling sounds so we took him to the vet late on a Friday. The vet said he had a bladder blockage caused by uric acid crystals. He said this is serious and the cat would not have survived the weekend and might not survive anyway. It was scary. They catheterized him and kept him over the weekend and he did survive. He and our other cat absolutely would not eat the Urinary Tract Health formula food, I believe they would have starved first. So after 4 days of not eating, I looked here on Amazon for a product to help. Found this and tried it. My cats love this. They will come running if they hear the pills rattle in the bottle. They think it is a treat. It has been over 6 months and no further urinary tract issues. The price is right too. I do break the tablets in half so they can eat them easier.

I have 5 rescued cats and also had a Maltese Shih tzu mix that would shepherd the cats around. They looked up to that dog so much that they started to eat his puppy chow, and this sweet heart of a dog would let them. I tried to get them back on their cat food but one cat, RJ was hooked, then one night he started to act very strange, constantly drinking water wherever he would find it and seemed lethargic. Then he started flopping around unable to walk and was crying at the slightest touch. He actual went and hid out in the yard as if he was ready to die.
We brought him to the vet, they said he had a urinary blockage and they got him a catheter and drip, he was there for 5 days. They sent him home, we changed his food to the urinary tract formula and he hated it. and in 3 months it happened again. He was back at the vet for a week and a half this time. Even in the vet he wasn’t eating the urinary tract formula food and he isn’t a fan of wet foods either. the vet was stumped on how stubborn he is.
I scoured through Amazon as if it was Google and found this item. Now all 5 of my cats are on it and they love it. Its their treat. RJ is happy and healthy and is still not eating the urinary tract formula food so this will have to do.

My cat has crystals in her bladder. The vet recommended a food for urinary tract. She hated it. It gave her severe diarrhea after being in it for a while and refused to eat fur days. The vet said she’s just being picky and will eventually eat it. We refused to allow her to starve and took her off that food. With urging from the vet, we put her back on and had the same result. We took her off permanently. She’s started going outside her 4 cat boxes more often. Yes, 4 cat boxes for 1 cat. The extra large, washable pee pads helped with that but I worried she was in pain. I figured I’d give these a try. She’s extremely picky and she snubbed them at first. Now she begs for them. She’s still going outside her boxes but it could be behavioral at this point.

I break this up in my hand and My cat will eat it no problem. I also break it up and mix it in wet food with about 2 tablespoons of water. He has not had to go back to the vet for crystals in a very long time. I have been using this product about a year now. I know it says not for long term use but it is not hurting my cat and he is not suffering with crystals anymore. I’m very thankful for the money this product has saved me in vet bills for my cat. I give him one tablet a day. He weighs 14 lbs

My cat started marking and even though she is on urinary tract wet and dry food, it wasn’t enough. I got these and break them into 4 pieces and give them to her like a pill twice a day until the marking stopped and then it went down to one pill a day. As a precaution I also took her to the vet in case there was a blockage or something else going on, but her urine was extremely clean and healthy. I attribute that to these pills.
She is on a month of them so far, and she is back to her old self again. I will continue to use these to prevent future issues as well 🙂 I tried other kinds and these are at least easy to break up and give them to her, because my cats will not take things willingly .
